    Abstract: A data center includes a plurality of tenants, with some of the server racks within the data center specifically assigned to each of the tenants. A monitoring system may be configured to generate unique tenant dashboards that allow each tenant to view a variety of different information pertaining to the server racks that are assigned to them without allowing other tenants to view their dashboards. The system is configured to generate the unique tenant view for each tenant based on tenant profile information collected by the data center as part of a tenant onboarding process and input into the first and second tenant profiles. The system reads the various parameters in the first and second tenant profiles and automatically generates the unique tenant dashboards for each tenant without having to make programming changes to other parts of the system.

    Abstract: Each of a plurality of assets within a building are configured to access a cellular network in order to ascertain its specific location, to perform self-diagnostics on itself, and to transmit an assistance request when the self-diagnostics indicates a potential problem. The assistance request may include the specific location of the asset and an indication of the potential problem. A server is operably couplable to the cellular network and is configured to receive the assistance requests from the assets, formulate a service request for responding to at least some of the received assistance requests, assign each of the service requests to a corresponding one of one or more automated asset maintenance assistants, and transmit each of the service requests to the assigned automated asset maintenance assistant instructing the assigned automated asset maintenance assistant to respond to the corresponding assistance request.

    Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for live status notification of central station actions to building owner/operators are described herein. One system includes a building owner/operator communication device, an alarm system at a building having a control panel component and one or more alarm system device components, a central monitoring station configured to execute executable instructions to: receive an event alarm signal from an alarm system component, send a response request signal to a response facility, receive a response request signal reply indicating that response facility personnel will respond to the building, receive event response update data from the response facility personnel via a response personnel communication device, and send the event response update message to the building owner/operator communication device.

One method includes receiving, at a gateway device, first operational data of a first format from a control panel, determining a model associated with the control panel based on the first operational data, wherein the model includes correlations between the first operational data and alarm information of a second format, receiving second operational data of the first format from the control panel, and determining alarm information of the second format associated with the second operational data based on the model.
