Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for generating an incident dossier are described herein. One device includes a memory, and a processor configured to execute executable instructions stored in the memory to import data associated with an incident associated with a site, wherein the data is in a number of different forms, receive a number of user inputs associated with the incident, and generate an incident dossier based on the data associated with the incident and the number of user inputs, wherein the incident dossier includes a timeline of the incident, a report of the incident, and a damage assessment of the incident.

One device includes instructions stored thereon executable by a processor to receive location information associated with a mobile device in a facility, determine that the mobile device is within a particular distance of an area of the facility based on the location information, receive an indication of a user input by the mobile device, determine whether a user of the mobile device is allowed access to the area, and allow access to the area via a relay associated with the area responsive to a determination that the user is allowed access and the user input.

Abstract: One or more environmental conditions within each of a plurality of server racks are received over time. One or more IT parameters representative of server load are received over time. A model is constructed that models how one or more of the environmental conditions within at least one of the server racks of the plurality of server racks responds to changes in one or more of the IT parameters. A future value of one or more environmental conditions within one or more of the plurality of server racks is predicted based at least in part on the model and the one or more subsequent received IT parameters. At least some of the environmental control equipment of the data center is proactively controlled based at least in part on the predicted future value of one or more of the environmental conditions within the one or more server racks.

Abstract: A method for determining an energy score for a guest room of a hotel having a plurality of guest rooms includes identifying two or more energy saving conditions associated with the guest room under which there is an opportunity to save energy when controlling the guest room without sacrificing guest comfort. The guest room is controlled in a designated energy savings mode when one or more of the energy savings room conditions are detected, and controlling the guest room in a guest comfort mode when none of the energy savings room conditions are detected. An energy score for the guest room is determined based at least in part on a measure of reliability of detecting the two or more energy savings conditions of the guest room, and thus the ability to take advantage of the opportunities to save energy when controlling the guest room.

The system reads the various parameters in the first and second tenant profiles and automatically generates the unique tenant dashboards for each tenant without having to make programming changes to other parts of the system.
