A computer implemented method for self-learning of a control system. The method includes creating an initial knowledge base. The method learns first principles using the knowledge base. The method creates initial control commands derived from the knowledge base. The method generates constraints for the control commands. The method performs constrained reinforcement learning by executing the control commands with the constraints and observing feedback to improve the control commands. The method enriches the knowledge base based on the feedback.

A data routing method used to implement data routing in a communications system in which a plurality of networks that use different data bearer protocols are integrated is produced. The method includes: a routing apparatus receives data by using an input port, and determines a data bearer protocol attribute of the input port; the routing apparatus determines an attribute of the data based on the data bearer protocol attribute of the input port; the routing apparatus determines based on the attribute of the data, a data bearer protocol attribute of an output port used to output the data; and determines based on the data bearer protocol attribute of the output port, the output port used to output the data, and outputting the data by using the determined output port.
Abstract:
This application provides a communications method and device. The communications method includes: determining a first frequency band and a second frequency band in an operating frequency band; and transmitting a first-type frame in the first frequency band, and transmitting a second-type frame in the second frequency band, where the first-type frame is used to carry a first-type service, the second-type frame is used to carry a second-type service, and the second-type frame and the first-type frame have different frame structures. Therefore, in embodiments of the present application, different frame structures are used in different frequency bands in the operating frequency band, and different services are carried by using the different frame structures, thereby meeting transmission requirements of different types of services.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a connecting apparatus and a system. The connecting apparatus includes N interconnection units, M line processing units, and X switch processing units, where each interconnection unit is connected to at least one switch processing unit, each switch processing unit is connected to only one interconnection unit, each interconnection unit is connected to the M line processing units, each line processing unit is connected to the N interconnection units, M is a positive integer, N is a positive integer, and X is greater than or equal to N. In addition, the embodiments of the present invention further provide another connecting apparatus and system. According to the foregoing technical solutions, a connecting mode between an LPU and an SPU is relatively flexible.

A heat sink, including a heat sink body and a filling material. A through hole is disposed in a position, corresponding to a to-be-cooled electronic element, on the heat sink body. The to-be-cooled electronic element is mounted on a circuit board and located between the circuit board and the heat sink body. There is a gap between the to-be-cooled electronic element and the heat sink body. The gap is connected to the through hole. The filling material is injected into the through hole and fills the gap. The present invention further discloses a heat dissipation system having the heat sink. The heat sink resolves problems in the prior art that, a heat sink has low thermal conduction efficiency and it is difficult to control a filling volume of a thermally conductive material in a gap between a heat sink and a chip.

A method and device for speaker recognition are provided. In the present invention, identifiability re-estimation is performed on a first vector (namely, a weight vector) in a score function by adopting a support vector machine (SVM), so that a recognition result of a characteristic parameter of a test voice is more accurate, thereby improving identifiability of speaker recognition.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method and a system for personalized advertisement push based on user interest learning. The method may include: obtaining multiple user interest models through multitask sorting learning; extracting an object of interest in a video according to the user interest models; and extracting multiple visual features of the object of interest, and according to the visual features, retrieving related advertising information in an advertisement database. Through the method and the system provided in embodiments of the present invention, a push advertisement may be closely relevant to the content of the video, thereby meeting personalized requirements of a user to a certain extent and achieving personalized advertisement push.

A circuit includes: a first electrical interface including a first pin, a resistor module, an alternating current signal source, a voltage detection module, and a controller. One end of the resistor module is electrically connected to the first pin. The alternating current signal source is electrically connected to the other end of the resistor module, and configured to generate an alternating current detection signal. The voltage detection module is connected to the first pin, and configured to detect a maximum voltage value and a minimum voltage value that are on the first pin within a period of the alternating current detection signal. A communication method includes: determining, by a first device, a first synchronization signal, where the first synchronization signal is used by a second device for symbol timing alignment and frequency synchronization; and sending, by the first device, the first synchronization signal on each group of subcarriers of M groups of subcarriers, where M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2. According to the communication method in this application, the first device sends the first synchronization signal on each group of subcarriers of a plurality of groups of subcarriers, so that the second device can select, based on a reception capability of the second device, an appropriate bandwidth to receive the first synchronization signal.
