    摘要: An image forming apparatus has a plurality of image carriers, a common drive source which drives the plurality of image carriers and a drive shaft that is connected to and driven by the drive source. It also has a plurality of worm gears that are provided corresponding to the plurality of image carriers and are formed coaxially with the drive shaft, and a plurality of worm wheels that are respectively meshed with the respective worm gears and respectively transmit drive forces of the worm gears to the image carriers. The tablet manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a first table and a second table which are intermittently rotated and driven relatively with respect to each other; supplying moist powder from a hopper into filling holes of the first table; filling the supplied moist powder into mold cavities of the second table under a pressurized condition by means of filling pins of a filling and pressurizing device at a location where the first table overlaps with the second table; relatively moving the first and second tables with respect to each other so as to level the surface of the moist powder in the mold cavities by removing the excessive powder; chamfering the surface of the moist powder by a finish-forming device; drying the moist powder by a dryer; and releasing the moist powder out of the mold cavities by a release device.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to realize a method and an apparatus for efficiently mass-producing tablets of high mechanical strength, accuracy and quality which are so excellent in solubility and collapsibility that they can be easily taken by persons of advanced ages and infants. By using a turn table and endless belt means to which a number of dies are connected, a part of which turn table contacts with the endless belt means, the turn table and the endless belt means being adapted to relatively move with respect to each other, receptacles are formed by pressing plastic polymer film in mold cavities of the dies. Moist powder supplied from a hopper into filling holes of the turn table is pressurizingly filled in the receptacles by means of a filling and pressurizing device in the region where the turn table is laid above the endless belt means. The surface of this pressurizingly-filled moist powder is leveled by removing the excessive powder when the endless belt means is relatively moved with respect to the turn table, thus forming a tablet. Then, the surface of the moist powder is chamfered, the mass of the moist powder is treated by a dryer, the receptacles are closed by a sealing unit, and they are cut by a predetermined number by a cutting device, thereby finishing tablet products.

    摘要: A resin-molding tablet for use in resin-molding semiconductor devices has a tablet body formed of powdered or particulate resin. The particles of the resin are compacted such as to form voids between adjacent particles. At least the outer peripheral region of the tablet is fused such that the resin particles are welded together to form a continuous layer of fine and impervious structure substantially free of open pores. The internal air trapped in the voids of the tablet is drawn and removed before the tablet is fused so that the tablet is substantially free of air. The tablet is produced by placing a particulate or powdered resin material in a vacuum vessel so as to allow the internal air in the resin material to be drawn outside, and then applying pressure and heat to the resin material so that at least the peripheral region of the mass of the particulate resin is fused to weld together. The tablet thus formed is melted and forcibly fed into a vacuum die cavity in which a semiconductor device to be molded is accommodated, thereby to hermetically seal the semiconductor device. Thus, a semiconductor package having substantially no voids is produced.
