摘要： A touching display panel and a display device using the same are provided. The touching display panel includes a liquid crystal layer, a first substrate having a hard surface structure, a second substrate, a touch sensor layer, a thin-film transistor layer, and a color filter layer. The first and second substrates are respectively disposed at two sides of the liquid crystal layer. The touch sensor layer is disposed between the first substrate and the liquid crystal layer, and is formed on the first substrate. The thin-film transistor layer and the color filter layer are both disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. At least one of the thin-film transistor layer and the color filter layer is formed on the first substrate.

摘要： A liquid crystal display (LCD) and an LCD panel thereof are provided. The structure of the pixel array of the present LCD panel is the half source driving (HSD) structure, and by which skillfully layout the coupled relationship between each pixel and each data line, and thereupon the present LCD panel adopting the driving manner of the column inversion can be achieved the display effect of the dot inversion. Therefore, the present invention can substantially reduce the power consumption of the source driver.

A driver chip includes a differential receiver, a single-ended receiver, a shift register, a differential transmitter, a single-ended transmitter and a pixel driver. The driver chip receives a pixel signal and drives the display panel according to the pixel signal, and outputs the pixel signal to the next driver chip.

摘要： An active matrix substrate is provided, including a substrate, a plurality of pixel units, a static releasing conductive line and an ESD protection circuit, wherein the substrate has an active area and a peripheral area adjacent to each other. The pixel units are arranged in the active area in an array, and the static releasing conductive line is disposed in the peripheral area of the substrate. The ESD protection circuit is also disposed in the peripheral area of the substrate, being electrically connected between the pixel units and the static releasing conductive line. The ESD protection circuit includes a protection ring and a static consumption device, wherein the protection ring is disposed in a peripheral area of the substrate and the static consumption device has a floating gate, the static consumption device being electrically connected between the ESD protection circuit and the static releasing conductive line.
