Abstract: Some illustrative embodiments of a dressing for treating a tissue site may include a fluid hub, a plurality of elongate fluid members, and a separable joint. The plurality of elongate fluid members may be positioned in fluid communication with the fluid hub. Each of the plurality of elongate fluid members may include a proximal end, a distal end, and an elongate side between the proximal end and the distal end. The elongate side of the elongate fluid members may extend longitudinally outward from the fluid hub. The separable joint may be coupled between the elongate side of one of the plurality of elongate fluid members and the elongate side of another of the plurality of elongate fluid members. Other dressings, systems, and methods are disclosed.

Abstract: A system, apparatus, and method for treating a tissue site with reduced pressure includes a connector having a connector body. The connector body includes a cavity and a cavity aperture. The connector also includes a conduit port fluidly coupling a conduit to the cavity. The connector further includes a base adjacent the cavity aperture that is configured to be positioned adjacent a drape. The cavity is configured to be fluidly coupled to a manifold through an aperture of the drape. The connector also includes a sensing probe having a proximal end configured to be fluidly coupled to the conduit and a distal end extending to the cavity aperture. The distal end is configured to be positioned adjacent to and in fluid communication with a manifold.

Abstract: Inline storage pouches and systems for receiving and retaining body fluids from an animal are presented. The inline storage pouch include a flexible pouch body has an interior portion with a fluid storage material disposed within the interior portion. In addition to receiving body fluids, the inline storage pouch may fluidly couple a pressure sensing conduit between a first port and a second port using a first bypass conduit. The first port may be a patient-port interface. The second port may be a device-port interface. Multiple sensors and bypass conduits may be included and associated with a microprocessor that is configured to locate blockages or determine when the inline storage pouch is full. Another inline storage pouch has two chambers and receives and discharges fluids from a pouch connector. Other pouches, systems, and methods are presented herein.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments relate to devices and systems for providing both negative-pressure therapy and instillation, In some embodiments, both negative-pressure and instillation may be provided to a tissue site in a low-profile context that may also prevent siphoning of instillation fluid during negative pressure application. For example, a single bridge may include a negative-pressure pathway with supports and an instillation pathway, and the instillation pathway may be configured with respect to the negative-pressure pathway so that at least a portion of the instillation pathway collapses upon application of negative pressure to the negative-pressure pathway. Collapse of at least a portion of the instillation pathway may be sufficient to close the instillation pathway.
