    摘要: A surface treatment liquid contains a resin emulsion that contains a cationic urethane resin emulsion and/or a nonionic acrylic resin emulsion, a tetraalkoxysilane, at least one silane coupling agent (c) that contains at least one reactive functional group selected from active hydrogen-containing amino group, an epoxy group, a mercapto group, and a methacryloxy group, a chelating agent (d), a vanadic acid compound (e), a titanium compound (f), and water in a specific ratio. The surface treatment liquid has a pH of 3 to 6. The surface treatment liquid is applied to a surface of a zinc-based metal coated steel sheet and dried by heating to form a first layer. Next, a surface treatment liquid containing an organic resin is applied to a surface of the first layer and dried by heating to form a second layer.

A method of fabricating a solid-state imaging device includes the steps of forming a planarizing film composed of a first inorganic film, forming a second inorganic film on the planarizing film, forming a lens-shaped resist layer on the second inorganic film, and etching back the resist layer to form an on-chip lens composed of the second inorganic film. The first inorganic film constituting the planarizing film and the second inorganic film constituting the on-chip lens preferably transmit ultraviolet light.

    摘要: A universal joint includes a yoke having a fitting portion for fitting a shaft. The fitting portion has first and second tabs opposed to each other to form a U shape. A fixing mechanism including a bolt passing through respective insertion holes in the first and second tabs and a nut screwed onto the bolt on a fastening axis fastens and fixes the shaft between the first and second tabs. A nut holding member fixed to the second tab has an engaging piece. The engaging piece causes the nut, which has not been screwed onto the bolt, to be held on the fastening axis. A cover held by the nut holding member covers at least the engaging piece around the nut.

    摘要: An engine control apparatus for a motorcycle capable of detecting an abnormality such that there is no change in vehicle behavior even when the abnormality is brought about. A control CPU controls injection and ignition of an engine and a throttle valve. A monitor CPU detects an abnormality of the engine control apparatus. The control CPU calculates a fuel injection amount, an ignition timing, and an opening degree of the throttle valve necessary for controlling the engine and executes a predetermined engine control. The monitor CPU detects the abnormality of the engine control apparatus. A comparison of control values to detect the abnormality by the monitor CPU is executed by a detection interval equal to or smaller than 10 ms.

    摘要: An engine (drive force) control apparatus for a motorcycle that prevents a change in vehicle behavior by noise or the like. A control CPU electronically controls injection and ignition of fuel and a throttle valve. An abnormality detecting portion detects an abnormality of the engine control apparatus by a predetermined abnormality detecting period. When the abnormality is detected, primary abnormality processing of the engine control apparatus is executed. When the abnormality is not detected, primary abnormality processing is released and an electronic control at normal time of the engine control apparatus is executed. When an abnormality detecting signal detected by the abnormality detecting portion continues even an elapse of a predetermined abnormality determining time period, primary abnormality processing is shifted to secondary abnormality processing.
