The production method of a metallized ceramic substrate comprises: a first step of forming an organic base layer on a ceramic substrate; a second step of forming a metal paste layer on the organic base layer to produce a metallized ceramic substrate precursor; and a third step of firing the metallized ceramic substrate precursor, wherein the organic base layer is a layer which absorbs a solvent in the metal paste layer and thermally decomposes at a temperature of firing the metal paste layer.

The method comprises: a step of layering a first paste layer containing copper powder and titanium hydride powder on the sintered nitride ceramic substrate, to produce a first layered body; a step of layering a second paste layer containing silver-copper alloy powder on the first paste layer of the first layered body, to produce a second layered body; and a step of firing the second layered body, to thereby form the titanium nitride layer and the metal layer on the sintered nitride ceramic substrate.

In the prevent invention, entrained air in a coating fluid stored in a vessel of a coating unit comprising the vessel, a check valve for preventing back-flow of the coating fluid connected to the vessel, and optionally an ejection nozzle connected to the check valve; air existing inside of the check valve; and optionally air existing inside of the ejection nozzle are removed by plugging an outlet of the coating fluid existing downstream of the check valve and then rotating the coating unit on an axis of the vessel and orbiting the coating unit on a revolution axis simultaneously.

    摘要: Processing for improving the contrast of an image of interest is executed by an image processing circuit in an X-ray photography apparatus. The image is decomposed into coefficient values of a plurality of frequency bands by a frequency-component decomposition circuit to obtain coefficients of each and every frequency band. A coefficient conversion circuit converts coefficient values with regard to at least one frequency band of the plurality of frequency bands in such a manner that a frequency distribution of coefficient values of every frequency band will become a prescribed frequency distribution. A restoration circuit generates an image using the coefficient values obtained by the conversion performed by the coefficient conversion circuit.
