In order to solve the problem, provided is a metal powder sintering paste that contains, as a principal component, silver particles having an average particle diameter (a median diameter) of 0.3 μm to 5 μm and further contains an anionic surfactant but is substantially free from resin.

摘要: An oil-soluble conductive agent and a preparation method therefor. Raw materials for preparing the oil-soluble conductive agent comprise the following components: 20 parts by weight of ethyl caprate or bis(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate, 1.8-2.2 parts by weight of ethyl methyl carbonate, and 2-8 parts by weight of fluorine-containing ion salt; and the fluorine-containing ion salt is selected from one or more of lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate, and lithium tetrafluoroborate. The oil-soluble conductive agent is apparently a colorless transparent liquid at 25° C. or higher, and the conductivity at 25° C. reaches 1×10−4 S/cm. The oil-soluble conductive agent can be completely dissolved in a base oil and improve the conductivity thereof, so as to have the effects of arc suppression, being anti-static, cooling, heat transfer, and conduction.

A crosslinking degree of the organic polymer layer is greater than or equal to 80% and less than or equal to 100%, and a content of volatile organic compounds in the organic polymer layer is less than or equal to 1%. The content of the volatile organic compounds in the organic polymer layer is defined as a difference between a thermal weight loss of the organic polymer layer measured at a measuring temperature and a water content of the organic polymer layer measured at the measuring temperature.
