    摘要: The invention is directed to an apparatus for detecting a rotation of a rotational member. A core is disposed opposite to the rotational member. A coil of wire is disposed around the core. A permanent magnet, which is formed in a shaft of a symmetrically cut out cross section, is connected to the core. A bobbin is provided with a first cylindrical portion for receiving therein the core and winding the wire of the coil around the first cylindrical portion, and a second cylindrical portion integrally connected to the first cylindrical portion in co-axial relationship therewith. The second cylindrical portion is formed with cutout portions to provide a periphery corresponding to a periphery of the permanent magnet, and arranged to receive therein at least a part of the permanent magnet in co-axial relationship with the core. A case, which is formed in a cylindrical body for receiving therein the bobbin assembled with the core, permanent magnet and coil, defines a certain space between an outer surface of the second cylindrical portion at the cutout portions thereof and an inner surface of the case. A terminal electrically connected to the coil, is disposed in the space and fixed to the second cylindrical portion.

The rotating speed control circuit generates a different speed increasing rate for each of concentric zones formed by dividing into a plurality of sections in a radial direction of the magnetic disk to keep a floating height of the inspection head in a predetermined constant value.

    摘要: A fuel supply/ignition device for use with a stratified combustion system includes a fuel chamber formed adjacent to a combustion chamber. The fuel chamber is provided with a valve for supplying a liquid fuel and a spark plug for generating a spark. The spark plug is connected to a high-energy generator. When the liquid fuel is charged into the fuel chamber, and a high-energy discharge is generated by the spark plug, the liquid fuel in the fuel chamber is atomized to be sprayed into the combustion chamber, and is simultaneously ignited to provide stratified combustion. Application of the fuel supply/ignition device to an internal combustion engine contributes to a reduction in harmful components such as HC and NOx in an exhaust gas.

    摘要: An exhaust gas recirculator for an internal combustion engine having an exhaust pipe, an intake manifold and a carburetor throttle valve. The exhaust gas recirculator comprises an EGR passage which makes the exhaust pipe communicate with the intake manifold, an EGR controlling valve and an EGR valve respectively arranged in the upper and lower portions of the EGR passage. The EGR valve operates in association with the carburetor throttle valve for metering the flow of EGR gas. The EGR controlling valve is separated by a diaphragm into an EGR gas chamber communicating with the EGR passage between the EGR controlling valve and the EGR valve and a negative pressure chamber communicating with the intake manifold. The negative pressure chamber contains a compression spring, and the diaphragm is connected with a valve member through a rod upon which is disposed a stopper to serve as a different seal in place of the valve member to close off the exhaust gas passage, which valve member and stopper are constructed to be opened and closed by pressure difference between the EGR gas chamber and the negative pressure chamber and by elastic force of the compression spring. The EGR controlling valve functions to control the pressure difference around the EGR valve to be constant.
