    摘要: Providing a wireless communication device that, even if clock stop of a radio frequency part is controlled by a baseband part operating on the same clock signal, can resume clock oscillation, and makes it easy to time the clock reactivation to other operations based on a shared clock. The wireless communication device comprises an RF part generating a first clock signal and a baseband part. The baseband part generates a second clock signal, controls the generation and stop of the first clock signal, uses the first clock signal to perform data processing and a clocking operation, and in a low power consumption state in which the first clock signal is stopped, uses the second clock signal to perform a timer operation and a clocking operation. The generation timing of the first clock signal can be generated by the timer operation using the second clock signal.

    摘要: An inverter controlled generator set including: an AC generator driven by a prime mover; a converter which converts an output of the AC generator into a DC output; an inverter which converts an output of the converter into an AC output having a predetermined frequency and a rated voltage value; and protection means for blocking the output of the inverter when an output current of the inverter exceeds a predetermined limit value, wherein the AC generator has a drooping characteristic that an output voltage of the AC generator is lowered following an increase of an output current of the AC generator, and wherein the drooping characteristic is a characteristic that the output voltage of the AC generator becomes less than the rated voltage value, when a value of the output current of the AC generator exceeds a set value which is set between the rated value and the limit value of the output current of the inverter.

The image sensor includes a plurality of pixels formed in a semiconductor substrate, each pixel including a light sensitive element. Further, a base material having a first index of refraction is formed over the pixels. Micro-lens cavities are formed in the base material over the light sensitive elements, the micro-lens cavity having a concave shape. Finally, color filters are formed into the micro-lens cavities, the color filters having a second index of refraction that is higher than the first index of refraction.

    摘要: A signal processing device for analog-to-digital converting a burst signal has a feature of selecting a data bus to notify a disk control device of a conversion result via an NRZ data bus. The disk control device stores the result of the analog-to-digital conversion of the servo positional signal. The positional signal of a head of the disk device is digitized in a R/W channel. Sampling for digital conversion is performed in only a window which is defined only in the vicinity of peaks of the positional signal. The values of peaks which are obtained by sampling are averaged by an averaging circuit. This enables the influence of noise occurred outside of the window to be eliminated. Although the noise in the window is sampled, its adverse influence is suppressed by the averaging processing.

    摘要: In a grinding machine having a workpiece drive device for rotating a workpiece about an axis and an infeed device for effecting relative infeed movement between a rotating grinding wheel and the workpiece, a computerized numerical controller is provided with a data input device for inputting a numerical control program for the workpiece and data indicative of the shape of the workpiece for storage in a memory device. A data processor of the controller calculates the rigidity of the workpiece based upon the shape data being stored in the memory device. Further, the data processor modifies by calculation rotational speed data and infeed rate data given in the numerical control program, based upon the calculated rigidity of the workpiece. The modified rotational speed data and the modified infeed rate data are respectively output to the workpiece drive device and the infeed device, so that the grinding condition of the workpiece is modified in accordance with the calculated rigidity of the workpiece.
