    摘要: A hot-dip galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet has a tensile strength of 750 MPa or higher, a composition consisting, in mass percent, of C: more than 0.10% and less than 0.25%, Si: more than 0.50% and less than 2.0%, Mn: more than 1.50% and 3.0% or less, and optionally containing one or more types of Ti, Nb, V, Cr, Mo, B, Ca, Mg, REM, and Bi, P: less than 0.050%, S: 0.010% or less, sol. Al: 0.50% or less, and N: 0.010% or less, and a main phase as a low-temperature transformation product and a second phase as retained austenite. The retained austenite volume fraction is more than 4.0% and less than 25.0% of the whole structure, and has an average grain size of less than 0.80 □m. A number density of retained austenite grains having a grain size of 1.2 □m or more is 3.0□10−2/□m2 or less.

    摘要: A hydraulic controller of an automatic transmission which releases the lockup clutch when it fails. An output port of a solenoid valve is connected to a port of a lockup control valve and a port of a garage shift valve. An output port of a solenoid valve is connected to a port of the lockup control valve and a port of the garage shift valve. At least one of the solenoid valves is freely duty-controlled. A pattern, which enables regular control of the automatic transmission in normal operation and does not allow the lockup clutch to change from its released state to its engaged state, is selected for use from among plural combinations of signal pressures of the solenoid valves.

    摘要: A control valve is shown for a continuously variable transmission, with a spool of the control valve being maintained at a fixed transmission ratio position between an up-shift position and a downshift position when a signal pressure supplied to the control valve falls within a certain range. The signal pressure is provided to the control valve through a pressure line that is divided, with one branch of the signal pressure line being connected to a first input port of the control valve and the other branch being connected to a second input port through an orifice. Application of a signal pressure within a certain range results in the drain port being selectively connected with the second input port.
