    摘要: A hair styler for winding hair thereon for curling, comprising a hollow sealed tubular member made of a metallic material having good thermal conductivity and defining a heat pipe having a heat dissipating hair winding portion. The tubular member contains a charge of a working fluid vaporizable at an operating temperature of 50.degree. C. to 70.degree. C. The outer surface of the heat dissipating portion of the heat pipe is covered with an elastic hair engagement member for preventing hair slippage. The heat receiving end portion of the heat pipe is exposed so as to be adapted to receive heat from a separate external heat source having a temperature range of 50.degree. C. to 120.degree. C. Thereby hair wound around the outer surface of the heat dissipating portion of the heat pipe forming the bobbin is heated by the condensation of the vaporized working fluid within the heat pipe.

The apparatus comprises a fuel supply means for supplying fuel to the engine, a hydraulically actuated means that is actuated in response to the pressure of the engine oil, and a fuel cutoff control means which, when the pressure of the engine oil decreases below a certain level, is actuated in response to the actuation of the hydraulically actuated means to control the fuel supply means in such a way that the supply of fuel to the engine is cut off.

    摘要: A dry etching apparatus according to the present invention is characterized in that an etching process is applied to a sample by using both physical etching means and chemical etching means. To perform such an etching process, the dry etching apparatus is provided with a chamber for accommodating a sample to be etched, a suction unit for reducing a pressure within the chamber, a gas introducing unit for introducing a reactive gas from the external into said chamber, an excitation unit to excite the reactive gas for producing activated species allowing the sample to be etched due to chemical reaction, and an ion irradiation unit for irradiating ions to the sample, thereby making it possible to independently control the energy or density of ions and the density of the activated species, thus setting optimum etching conditions in conformity with a material to be etched or an etching pattern.

    摘要: A polyester resin composition obtained by mixing a molten polyester having an average degree of polymerization ranging from about 5 to 50 mainly comprising a terephthalic acid unit, a p-hydroxybenzoic acid unit and an ethylene glycol unit, and one hardener selected from the group consisting of a diglycidyl compound, hexaalkoxymethylmelamine or the condensate thereof, and a blocked isocyanate, with the composition being suitable for the preparation of a powder paint. The thus produced polyester resin composition can be finely pulverized with ease, shows no blocking property, facilitates pigmentation and provides beautiful coatings excellent in weather resistance, solvent resistance, humidity resistance, antifouling property, and with intimate adhesiveness to metal.
