    摘要: A fuel injection control device (ECU) for controlling injection supply of fuel to a target engine has a program for sequentially sensing fuel pressure fluctuating with injection of a predetermined injector a program for detecting an injection centroid of a diagram as a profile of a transition of an injection rate of the injector at a present time based on a transition of the sequentially sensed fuel pressure, and a program for varying an injection command (injection timing) of the injector based on the detected injection centroid and an injection centroid of a predetermined basic diagram such that a relative positional relationship between the injection centroids of the diagram as the actual profile of the injection rate transition and the basic diagram becomes a relationship, in which timings of the injection centroids are close to each other.

    摘要: A common rail type fuel injection system of an engine includes: a common rail for accumulating and holding high-pressure fuel; a fuel pump for pressure-feeding fuel to the common rail; and an injector for injecting the high-pressure fuel accumulated and held in the common rail. A pressure sensor is disposed in a fuel suction pod of the injector. An ECU sequentially detects a fuel pressure varied when the injector injects the fuel and sequentially detects a fuel pressure varied when the fuel pump pressure-feeds the fuel. When the injector injects the fuel the ECU computes injection pressure by the detection values of these pressures and computes injection characteristics by the injector on the basis of the injection pressure.

The fuel injection device further includes a storage unit for storing individual difference information, which indicates an output characteristic of the detection signal. The output characteristic is obtained by an examination. The individual difference information indicates a relationship between change in test pressure and change in detection signal. The test pressure is actually applied to the pressure sensor in the examination. The change in detection signal is attributed to the change in test pressure.

    摘要: A sensor signal from a speed sensor is inputted into an ECU. The ECU calculates a rotation speed of a crankshaft in a predetermined period based on the sensor signal. The rotation speed is filtered by a frequency which is defined based on a combustion frequency of the engine to obtain a value corresponding to a current torque. The ECU calculates a workload of each cylinder based on the value corresponding to the current torque, and controls characteristic of each cylinder based on the workload.

    摘要: A rotation angle sensing device calculates an average value of calculation values of time necessary for rotation of each one of sections provided by equally dividing one rotation of a crankshaft. The device calculates an average value of the average values of the entire sections to calculate an entire section average value. The device calculates ratios of the average values of the respective sections to the entire section average value. The device eliminates an influence of rotation fluctuation of the crankshaft from the ratios by using reference ratios, which are calculated as ratios of the average values of the respective sections to the entire section average value in the case where there is no structural error. Thus, the device calculates learning values for compensating for the structural error.

    摘要: A fuel injection device includes a fuel injection valve for injecting fuel, which is distributed from a pressure-accumulation vessel. A pressure sensor is located in a fuel passage, which extends from the pressure-accumulation vessel to a nozzle hole of the fuel injection valve. The pressure sensor is located closer to the nozzle hole than the pressure-accumulation vessel and configured to detect pressure of fuel. The fuel injection device further includes a storage unit for storing individual difference information, which indicates an injection characteristic of the fuel injection valve. The injection characteristic is obtained by an examination. The individual difference information indicates a relationship between an injection state when the fuel injection valve performs fuel injection and a fluctuation in detected pressure of the pressure sensor. The fluctuation is attributed to the fuel injection.

    摘要: A pressure sensor is located in a fuel passage, which extends from a pressure-accumulation vessel to a nozzle hole of a fuel injection valve. The pressure sensor is located closer to a nozzle hole than the pressure-accumulation vessel for detecting pressure fluctuated by injection of fuel through the nozzle hole. An instruction signal output unit outputs an injection instruction signal so as to instruct an injection mode of fuel to the fuel injection valve. A defective injection determination unit determines whether a detected pressure of the fuel pressure sensor is fluctuated in a fluctuation mode in a range assumed from the injection instruction signal. The defective injection determination unit determines that a defective injection occurs when determining that the detected pressure is out of the fluctuation mode in the assumed range.

    摘要: A common-rail fuel injection system is equipped with a common-rail, a fuel pump 11, and an injector. The fuel pump has a plurality of fuel pumping systems. A pressure sensor is provided at a fuel inlet of the injector. When the fuel pump supplies fuel to each of the fuel pumping systems, an ECU detects a variation in fuel pressure in a fuel passage between the fuel pump and the injector. Based on the detected fuel pressure variation, the ECU computes a pumping characteristic with respect to each of the fuel pumping systems.
