摘要： An electromagnetic contactor has a pair of fixed contacts disposed maintaining a predetermined interval and a movable contact disposed to be capable of connecting to and separating from the pair of fixed contacts; and an electromagnet unit that drives the movable contact. The electromagnet unit includes a magnetic yoke enclosing a plunger drive portion; a movable plunger in which a leading end is protruding through an aperture formed in the magnetic yoke, and urged by a return spring; and an annular permanent magnet enclosing a peripheral flange portion formed on a protruding end side of the movable plunger, and magnetized in a moving direction of the movable plunger.

摘要： A reversible unit (20) has a pair of interlock plates (21, 22) detachably connected to operation indication pieces (4a, 4b) of a pair of electromagnetic contactors (1a, 1b) and moving in the same direction as the moving direction of the operation indication pieces, a lock piece (23) connecting with the pair of interlock plates (21, 22), a first normally-closed contact (24), and a second normally-closed contact (25). In a closing operation of one of the electromagnetic contactors (1a), the lock piece (23) moves one of the interlock plates (21) and prohibits the movement of the other interlock plate (22). The first normally-closed contact (24) is connected in series in a power supply circuit to an exciting coil (6b) of the other electromagnetic contactor (1b). One of the interlock plates (21) has a first opening operation engagement portion (34) releasing the first normally-closed contact (24) when the interlock plate (21) moves.

The exterior yoke has a pair of end plate portions opposing two ends of the spool, and a linking plate portion linking the pair of end plate portions. The interior yoke has a first opposing plate portion opposing the linking plate portion of the exterior yoke, and second opposing plate portions opposing one end plate portion of the exterior yoke, and the first opposing plate portion and the second opposing plate portion are linked without coming close to the exterior yoke.

摘要： The present invention provides a contact device capable of narrowing a gap between a fixed contactor and a movable contactor and reducing the number of parts and the production costs, and an electromagnetic switch that uses the contact device. The contact device has a pair of columnar fixed contactors (6a, 6b) which are fixed to a surface of an insulation airtight container (4) while keeping a predetermined space therebetween, each having at least a tip end contact surface protruding into the insulation container; a movable contactor (11) that is disposed so as to be capable of contacting with and separating from the pair of fixed contactors (6a, 6b); and a pair of arc extinguishing annular permanent magnets (9a, 9b) which is respectively attached to outer circumferential surfaces of the pair of fixed contactors (6a, 6b) and drives an arc outwardly.

One of the interlock plates (21) has a first opening operation engagement portion (34) releasing the first normally-closed contact (24) when the interlock plate (21) moves.

摘要： A movable hook portion (13) provided in a unit side coupling surface (2a) of an accessory unit (2) includes a hook portion main body (14), which is formed with a movable claw (23a) and a pressed piece (22), and a straight spring (15), slidably accommodates the hook portion main body (14) in a main body accommodation concave portion (16) formed in the unit side coupling surface (2a), and accommodates the straight spring (15) in a spring accommodation concave portion (17a) formed in the unit side coupling surface (2a) so as to be orthogonal to a sliding direction of the hook portion main body (14), with a middle portion in a length direction of the spring being engaged with the hook portion main body (14). When the hook portion main body (14) is slid in a disengaging direction which brings the movable claw (23a) and a hooking hole (8a) of an electromagnetic contactor (1) into a disengaged state by pressing the pressed piece (24), an elastic restoring force of the straight spring (15) elastically deformed into a bow-like shape acts on the hook portion main body (14) in a direction opposite to the disengaging direction.

摘要： An electromagnetic contact device has a contactor holder (40), which moves a mounted movable contactor (42a) according to a displacement of a movable core (32) forming an electromagnet (30) for operation. The contactor holder (40) is being housed together with the electromagnet (30) for operation in a case (1). The case (1) has a lower case portion (10) housing the electromagnet (30) for operation and an upper case portion (20) engaging with the lower case portion (10) while being stacked on the lower case portion and houses the contactor holder (40) advanced from above. The upper case portion (20) has a recess (21) with an upward opening and houses the contactor holder (40) placed on the bottom wall of the recess (21). The lower case portion (10) houses one selected either a DC-only electromagnet (30b) or an AC-only electromagnet (30a).

摘要： A movable contact holder includes a movable contact holder base and a movable contact holder cover. One side of the movable contact holder base is opened to have a plurality of recesses each being formed for holding a contact pair, each contact pair include a bridge contact assembly and a contact spring inserted therein while being isolated from the other pairs. The other side of the movable contact holder base is formed as a bottom wall, and preferably includes openings through which an assembly jig can be inserted from outside the moveable contact holder. Alternatively, jig openings can be formed in lateral side walls of the recesses to allow the assembly jig to be inserted. The movable contact holder cover covers the movable contact holder base and is coupled thereto.
