摘要: For incorporation of substantially water-insoluble photographic additives such as couplers into hydrophilic organic colloid layers of silver halide photographic materials, a phthalic acid ester of a formula (I): ##STR1## where R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 may be same or different and each represents a branched alkyl group having no more than 7 carbon atoms, is used so that said additives can effectively be dispersed in the colloid layers. Accordingly, the solubility and dispersibility of the additives is improved; the long-term stability of the additive dispersion is improved, and further and latent image storability and color-forming properties of the photographic material are also improved over the prior art photographic materials.

摘要: A picture image processor wherein a white reference value with respect to an analog output of video data is established in response to a change in luminous energy, and the white reference output is compared with the video data output to obtain a binary signal, and this signal is stored in a memory system; then, the stored signal is subjected to a digital-to-analog conversion to form a reference signal, which is inputted to an A/D converter in synchronism with the respective picture elements of an original reading signal, and/or a dark or bright voltage value of the image sensor which has been previously stored is corrected on the basis of such gain from an amplifying means which changes automatically, and the output of the above image sensor is corrected based on the voltage value thus corrected.

摘要: A decoder circuit for use in a semiconductor member device or the like as a first metal insulator semiconductor field effect transistor (MISFET) acting as a load element, a plurality of parallel-connected MISFETs controlled by the output signals of an address buffer circuit serving as driver signals. Another MISFET is connected between the first MISFET and the parallel-connected MISFETS having a control signal applied to its gate. An output is taken from the junction between the first MISFET and the MISFET connected between the first MISFET and parallel-connected MISFETs. The decoder can generate an output signal regardless of the logic states of the input signals thereto.

摘要: An improved photoelectric converting device in a layered structure comprising a base board, a plurality of divided electrodes, a photoelectric film and a common electrode is disclosed, wherein the improvement consists in that the width of a photoelectric current lead-out portion extending from each of the divided electrodes is dimensioned less than that of the body constituting the latter whereby an area of an intersected part formed by a combination of the divided electrodes and the common electrode, i.e., an area of each of light beam receiving sections becomes relatively constant among them, resulting in substantial reduction of an effect of unevenness or irregularity along the end part of the common electrode on image reproductivity of the respective light beam receiving sections.

摘要: A document reader for use in a facsimile system which generates a continuous output signal without the use of complex memory circuitry. Light-receiving devices are divided into plural ordered groups of ordered light-receiving devices. A voltage application switch is provided for each group which selectively couples first terminals each of the light-receiving devices in that group to a positive power source or ground. Common lines connect second terminals of like order ones among even number-order groups of the light-receiving devices and second terminals of like order ones of light-receiving devices among odd number-order groups. A reading switch is coupled between each common line and an output terminal. The reading switches are actuated in sequence at a constant time interval.
