Provided is an apparatus for handling containers. The apparatus comprises a moveable carrier, a plurality of treatment stations arranged on the moveable carrier for treating the containers, each treatment station having at least one element that is moveable in relation to the carrier, and a stationary guide curve. The elements are temporarily coupled to the guide curve. A movement between a treatment station of the plurality of treatment stations and the guide curve translates to a movement of the at least one element. A coupling device comprises at least one guide roller which at least temporarily contacts the guide curve. At least one of the guide roller or the guide curve includes an imidized polymer material.

An apparatus for shaping plastics material preforms into plastics material containers includes a plurality of shaping stations each having two blow mould parts which are movable with respect to each other and which can be moved between a closed and an opened state. In the closed state the shaping station form a cavity, inside which the plastics material pre-forms are shaped. The shaping stations have a stressing device which acts upon the preforms with a gaseous medium to expand them, and stretch bars which are capable of being inserted into the preforms to stretch them in the longitudinal direction. The shaping stations each have at least one drive device which drives a movement necessary for the shaping procedure, as well as a control device for controlling this drive device. The control device is arranged on the apparatus through a damping device.

An apparatus for the conveying of plastics material pre-forms along a preset conveying path with a first guide rail for guiding the plastics material pre-forms, with a second guide rail for guiding the plastics material pre-forms, wherein the plastics material pre-forms are capable of being guided between the guide rails and the guide rails have in each case first support faces which extend along the conveying path and which support the plastics material pre-forms during the conveying thereof. According to the invention the apparatus has a stressing device for acting upon the plastics material pre-forms with a gaseous medium, which stressing device is designed in such a way that the plastics material pre-forms are conveyed along their conveying path by being acted upon with the gaseous medium, and wherein a geometrical position of the guide rails is capable of being altered with respect to each other.

A method for operating a forming device for forming plastic preforms into plastic containers, wherein in a working mode of the apparatus, the plastic preforms are transported by means of a plurality of forming stations along a predefined transport path, and by loading with a fluid medium are expanded into plastic containers, wherein to expand the plastic preforms, blow-moulding devices are used, inside which the plastic preforms are expanded into plastic containers, wherein in a change mode, at least one of the blow-moulding devices is removed from the apparatus and/or one of the blow-moulding devices is arranged on a blow-mould carrier of the apparatus, wherein to change the blow-moulding devices, a change device is used which has a gripper device for gripping the blow-moulding device. According to the invention, in a working mode, the forming device is operated in a first protected area which is not accessible to a machine operator, and the change device is arranged at least partially in a second protected area which is accessible for the machine operator for at least part of the time in working mode, wherein a connection can be created between the first protected area and the second protected area.
