    Abstract: A refrigerator includes a cabinet that defines a storage chamber, a heat exchange space that is defined by the cabinet and positioned rearward of the storage chamber, an evaporator unit that is provided at the heat exchange space, a grill fan assembly that provides a barrier between the heat exchange space and the storage chamber, a drawer door that is configured to be inserted into and withdrawn out of the storage chamber, a draw-out rail provided between an inner surface of the lower storage chamber and both lateral sides of the drawer door to guide a movement of the drawer door into and out of the storage chamber, and a lighting unit provided at a rear surface of the door part and configured to illuminate the drawer part and to guide air coming from the outlet of the grill fan assembly in a downward direction into the storage space.

    Abstract: A method for controlling an air conditioner and an air conditioner are provided. The air conditioner may include a compressor that compresses a refrigerant; and a control unit that controls the compressor. The control unit may include a main control unit that controls an entirety of the air conditioner; a start-up control unit that controls the compressor at an initial start-up of the compressor; a normal control unit that controls the compressor according to a target room temperature after the start-up control unit completely controls the compressor; and a bumpless control unit that calculates a compensation value for lowering an operating frequency of the compressor according to an indoor load when a priority for controlling the compressor is transferred from the start-up control unit to the normal control unit. The bumpless control unit lowers the operating frequency of the compressor according to the compensation value.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is disclosed. The disclosed method includes conductive region formation of forming a first-conduction-type region at one surface of a semiconductor substrate and a second-conduction-type region at another surface of the semiconductor substrate, and electrode formation of forming a first electrode connected to the first-conduction-type region and a second electrode connected to the second-conduction-type region. In the conductive region formation, the first-conduction-type region is formed by forming a dopant layer containing a first-conduction-type dopant over the one surface of the semiconductor substrate, and heat-treating the dopant layer, and the second-conduction-type region is formed by ion-implanting a second-conduction-type dopant into the semiconductor substrate at the another surface of the semiconductor substrate.

    Abstract: A solar cell is disclosed. The disclosed solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, a conductive region disposed in or on the semiconductor substrate, and an electrode including a plurality of finger lines connected to the conductive region, and formed to extend in a first direction while being parallel, and 6 or more bus bar lines formed to extend in a second direction crossing the first direction. Each bus bar line has a width of 35 to 350 μm at at least a portion thereof. Each bus bar line has a distance between opposite ends thereof in the second direction smaller than a distance between outermost ones of the finger lines respectively disposed at opposite sides in the second direction.
