Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for a user equipment to receive system information in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method is characterized in detecting a first synchronization signal block configured with a Primary Synchronization Signal (PSS), a Secondary Synchronization Signal (SSS) and a Physical Broadcasting Channel (PBCH) at a specific frequency position, determining a presence or non-presence of system information corresponding to the first synchronization signal block within a first synchronization raster corresponding to a specific frequency position based on a system information indicator included in the PBCH, and if the system information corresponding to the first synchronization signal block is determined as not existing, determining a second synchronization raster having system information exist therein based on the system information indicator.

Abstract: A method for measuring a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) by a terminal in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method may include: receiving a cell list including information of at least one first cell, first SSB transmission periodicity information for the at least one cell, and second SSB transmission periodicity information for a second cell that is not included in the cell list; measuring Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) for an SSB of the at least one first cell based on a first SSB measurement window, which is set up by using the first SSB transmission periodicity information; and measuring RSRP for an SSB of the second cell based on a second SSB measurement window, which is set up by using the second SSB transmission periodicity information.

Particularly, the method may include generating a PBCH payload including bits indicating a frame in which the PBCH is transmitted; scrambling at least some of the bits included in the PBCH payload using second and third least significant bits among the bits; and transmitting the bits of the PBCH payload including the at least some scrambled bits to a user equipment.

Abstract: A method for a user equipment to receive a PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel) for RMSI (Remaining Minimum System Information). The method comprises: receiving an SS/PBCH block containing an SS (Synchronization Signal) and a PBCH (Physical Broadcasting Channel); obtaining information related to a CORESET (Control resource set) for the PDCCH; and receiving the PDCCH within the CORESET based on the information. The information includes an offset between a frequency position of the SS/PBCH block related to the CORESET and a frequency position of the CORESET. Values of the offset are defined based on subcarrier spacing of the SS/PBCH block and a minimum channel bandwidth.
