摘要: Methods and apparatus in a fifth-generation wireless communications, including an example method, in a wireless device, that includes receiving a downlink signal comprising an uplink access configuration index, using the uplink access configuration index to identify an uplink access configuration from among a predetermined plurality of uplink access configurations, and transmitting to the wireless communications network according to the identified uplink access configuration. The example method further includes, in the same wireless device, receiving, in a first subframe, a first Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiplexing (OFDM) transmission formatted according to a first numerology and receiving, in a second subframe, a second OFDM transmission formatted according to a second numerology, the second numerology differing from the first numerology. Variants of this method, corresponding apparatuses, and corresponding network-side methods and apparatuses are also disclosed.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application disclose an information transmission method, a terminal device and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving a first synchronization signal block and a physical downlink control channel sent by a network device in a first time slot or a first mini-slot, wherein the first time slot or the first mini-slot comprises N symbols, the first synchronization signal block occupies M consecutive symbols in the first time slot or the first mini-slot, the first synchronization signal block comprises a synchronization signal and a physical broadcast channel, M and N are positive integers, and M≤N. The method, terminal device and network device of the embodiments of the present application can achieve efficient multiplexing of synchronization signals, broadcast channels, and downlink control channels while meeting the high-frequency band and multi-beam transmission requirements of NR, reducing control signaling overheads and terminal complexity, and improving resource utilization and flexibility of a communication system.

The methods further include evaluating the measurement or the demodulated and decoded information for each of the plurality of resources against a predetermined criterion, and then discontinuing the performing and evaluating of measurements, or discontinuing the demodulating and decoding and evaluation of information, in response to determining that the predetermined criterion is met, such that one or more resources in the predetermined set of resources are neither measured nor demodulated and decoded. The methods further comprise deactivating receiver circuitry, further in response to determining that the predetermined criterion is met.

摘要: The present specification relates to a method for performing uplink transmission in a wireless communication system. More specifically, a method performed by a terminal comprises the steps of: transmitting, to a base station, a plurality of PRACH preambles related to a plurality of transmission units indicating a physical layer resource set; receiving, from the base station, a plurality of random access responses (RARs) corresponding to the plurality of PRACH preambles, wherein each of the plurality of RARs comprises a temporary cell (TC)-RNTI; and transmitting, to the base station, a plurality of uplink signals on the basis of the plurality of RARs, wherein the uplink signals comprise information on overlapped TC-RNTIs.

摘要: Aspects are described for a user equipment (UE) comprising a transceiver configured to enable wireless communication with a serving cell and a processor communicatively coupled to the transceiver. The processor is configured to determine a reference signal sequence that comprises a primary synchronization signal (PSS) sequence and a secondary synchronization signal (SSS) sequence of a target cell. The processor is further configured to receive a signal sequence from the target cell and calculate an overall correlation value based on the reference signal sequence and the received signal sequence. The processor is further configured to determine that the overall correlation value is above a threshold and detect a synchronization signal block (SSB) of the target cell based on the received signal sequence. Finally, the processor is configured to establish a wireless connection with the target cell based on the SSB.
