Abstract: A method for receiving a downlink signal by a terminal in a wireless communication system is disclosed. In particular, the method may comprise: receiving a first downlink signal through a first component carrier on the basis of a particular reception beam; and receiving a second downlink signal through a second component carrier on the basis of the particular reception beam, wherein the first downlink signal and the second downlink signal correspond to different types, and the particular reception beam is determined on the basis of the first component carrier or the first downlink signal.

The configuration information may contain configuration information on an opportunity to omit the power saving signal. The method may include a step of monitoring the downlink channel or the downlink signal without monitoring the energy saving signal during the opportunity to omit. The length and/or position of the opportunity of omission can be determined according to the configuration information of a discontinuous receive cycle (DRX).

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method and a device for transmitting and receiving uplink data in a wireless communication system. According to the present disclosure, a UE may transmit to a base station information related to a capability of the UE and the information may include a subset including at least one transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) supported by the UE. The UE may receive Downlink Control Information (DCI) for transmitting the uplink data from the base station and the DCI may include a TPMI used for the UE to transmit the uplink data. Thereafter, the UE may transmit to the base station the uplink data by using transmission power determined based on the TPMI and the transmission power may be determined according to whether the TPMI is included in the at least one TPMI.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method of receiving a synchronization signal block by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method includes receiving, in one of two half frames included in a frame, a synchronization signal block including a primary synchronization signal (PSS), a secondary synchronization signal (SSS), and a physical broadcast channel (PBCH), and receiving a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) in a resource region carrying the PBCH. Information about the half frame in which the synchronization signal block is received may be obtained from a sequence of the DMRS.

According to the present disclosure, a UE may transmit to a base station capability information associated with transmission power of the UE and the information may include a subset including at least one transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) supported by the UE. The UE may receive first control information for transmitting a message associated with an initial access and the control information may include a TPMI used for the UE to transmit the message. Thereafter, the UE may transmit to the base station the message by using transmission power determined based on the TPMI and the transmission power may be determined according to whether the TPMI is included in the at least one TPMI.
