    摘要: This composition comprises (A) a diorganopolysiloxane terminated with hydroxyl groups at both ends of its molecular chain having a viscosity of 25 to 1,000,000 cSt at 25.degree. C., (B) a low molecular weight organosilane or straight chain organosiloxane having silanol groups, such as HO(Me.sub.2 SiO)H, Me.sub.3 SiO[Me(OH)SiO].sub.2 SiMe.sub.3 or mixtures thereof, (C) a hydrolyzable silane, and (D) a silica filler having a specific surface area of 50 m.sup.2 /g or more. The composition has good non-flowability and exhibits good application workability when surface-finishing with spatula, and therefore is useful as building sealing materials.

By using the hydroperoxide as a catalyst-retarding agent in cure reaction of a dehydrogenation system in which hydrogen is a foaming agent, this composition has a long pot life and can be cured and foamed to produce a foamed cured product in the form of a sponge having uniform cells.

    摘要: A siloxane gum is prepared by adding a silane or siloxane having two hydrolyzable groups in a molecule to a silanol-terminated organopolysiloxane in such an amount to give a molar ratio of silanol group/hydrolyzable group of from 0.5 to 3 and effecting condensation polymerization. The resulting organopoly-siloxane has a degree of polymerization of higher than 1,000 and a minimized content of low-molecular weight cyclic siloxanes of less than 5,000 ppm.

    摘要: A room temperature vulcanizable silicone rubber composition is described.
