    摘要: The invention relates to a magnet injector for fuel reservoir injection systems, having a fuel inlet and a fuel outlet, a control chamber, which communicates with the inlet, a nozzle which communicates with the inlet and a nozzle needle, which has a tip for closing the nozzle opening and has a shaft end that borders on the control chamber; and a magnet valve which has a first electromagnet, an armature, a valve chamber that communicates with the outlet via a first passage and with the control chamber via a second passage, and a throttle body which is located in the valve chamber and is connected to the armature, wherein the throttle body, in the state of repose of the injector, is kept in a first terminal position, in which it blocks one of the two passages, and is moved toward a second terminal position, in which it opens this passage, by triggering of the first magnet. To make shorter switching times possible, the magnet valve has a second electromagnet, which upon triggering acts on the armature oppositely from the first electromagnet. The throttle body is embodied such that in its second terminal position, it blocks the other of the two passages and along the way between its two terminal positions opens both passages.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve, including a valve member which can control the opening and closing of a fuel outlet opening, an actuating mechanism which can move the valve member, and a compensation device which can exert compensation forces on the valve member that counteract an opening stroke of the valve member, wherein the compensation device has a piston which is supported so that it can move in an associated cylinder, wherein at one end, the piston defines a hydraulic chamber in the cylinder, which is acted on with a reference pressure, and in a starting position, the piston is supported at the other end against a stop that is stationary in relation to the cylinder, and via a force transmission mechanism, the valve member can drive the piston out of its starting position away from the stop. In this manner valve operation should be improved with regard to its controllability. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the force transmission mechanism is embodied as springs that are stressed by the valve member during the opening stroke of the valve member.

The piezoelectric actuator include end faces, between a bottom plate oriented toward the valve and an opposing top plate, which are elastically prestressed by two spring bands that are disposed in the longitudinal direction on opposite sides of the actuator body and whose prestressing force can be adjusted by an adjusting nut. The piezoelectric actuator is constituted so that the adjusting nut engages in screw fashion with an external thread provided on a central, axial extension bolt of the top plate and which, depending on a screwed position, adjusts the prestressing force of the spring bands.

The surface of the piezoelement is provided with a first electrical insulation layer. The piezoactuator has at least one layer of a metallic film wound around it at least in the region of the piezoelement. A layer of a plastic is applied to the film and in a manner overlying the connecting locations with respect to the actuator head and with respect to the actuator base.

An annular groove extending between the conical faces has an end facing away from the combustion chamber which acts as a sealing edge upon contact of the valve sealing face with the valve seat. Recesses embodied in the valve seat and/or on the valve sealing face hydraulically connect the annular groove with a portion of the second conical face located on the combustion chamber side of the annular groove.
