Abstract:
In a method for recovering pure PVC from pre-disintegrated PVC containing substance mixtures, the substance mixture is soaked in a swelling agent for PVC, is supplied under pressure into an arrangement of at least two sequential hydrocyclones, wherein, in the first hydrocyclone, a heavy fraction of impurities is separated in the sink flow and a light fraction of swelled PVC particles and light impurities and plastic particles are separated in the rising flow, wherein the pre-cleaned light fraction is sorted and the particle fraction comprising the swelled PVC particles and smaller plastic particles is fed to the second hydrocyclone in which the PVC particles are separated in the sink flow. The invention also describes a device for carrying out the method.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for preparing 2-(4-trifluoromethoxyphenyl)ethylamine in an advantageous manner by (a) converting trifluoromethoxybenzene by halomethylation into halogenomethyl-1-trifluoromethoxybenzene, (b) converting the halogenomethyl-1-trifluoromethoxybenzene by halogen-cyano exchange into 4-(trifluoromethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile, and (c) reducing the 4-(trifluoromethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile using hydrogen in the presence of a nickel catalyst to form 2-(4-trifluoromethoxyphenyl)ethylamine. The first step of this process also represents an advantageous process for preparing 4-bromomethyl- and 4-chloromethyl-1-trifluoromethoxybenzene.
Abstract:
A locking mechanism (1) for a vehicle seat includes a latch (11) that is to be interlocked with an opposite element (B) and is mounted to be pivotable about a first bearing bolt (13), at least one securing element (25, 31) that secures the latch (11) in the locked state, and a movable unlocking handle (42). The unlocking handle (42) is directly hinged to one of the securing elements (25, 31) by means of a single pivot point (48).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vehicle seat with a seat pan for carrying a seat cushion of the vehicle seat, a support element adjustable along an adjustment direction relative to the seat pan for carrying an additional cushion adjustable relative to the seat cushion of the seat pan, and a seat depth adjusting means arranged on the seat pan for adjusting the support element relative to the seat pan. The seat depth adjusting means includes a guide assembly carrying the support element and an actuating assembly for actuating the seat depth adjusting means. By means of guide means the guide assembly is movably guided on the seat pan along the adjustment direction. It is provided that the guide means comprise at least one guiding device which is integrally molded into the seat pan.
Abstract:
A lock for a vehicle seat has a catch which is pivotable about a catch axis between a release position and a locking position in order to cooperate with a locking bolt or a locking clip of a vehicle structure, and has an ejector. The ejector has a spring element disposed in a housing of the lock. The ejector can be brought into abutment against the vehicle structure or the locking bolt or locking clip by a biased spring element.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drill comprising a cemented carbide or high speed steel substrate and a coating wherein the coating comprises: a first layer system having a multilayered structure covering substantially the whole active part of the drill, a second layer system having a multilayered structure covering only the tip area of the drill.Drills according to the present invention have good wear resistance and improved properties when reconditioning the drill. The present invention also relates to a method of making a drill according to the present invention.

Abstract:
Described is an infusion bag comprising a layer made of nonwoven fabric composed of bicomponent fibers and/or filaments composed of a high-melting component and a low-melting component, the high-melting component including a polyester. Problems in the fabrication of the nonwoven fabric are avoided by the fact that the low-melting component includes a likewise high-melting polymer having a melting point ≧200° C.
