Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for using different configurations for downlink or uplink transmissions associated with different transmission configuration indication (TCI) states (e.g., transmitted on different beams). In one example, a base station may use different configurations for downlink transmissions to a user equipment (UE), and the base station may indicate the different configurations to the UE. For instance, the base station may transmit downlink control information (DCI) indicating a baseline configuration and other configurations as a delta of the baseline configuration. In another example, a base station may dynamically indicate a timing advance to a UE (e.g., in DCI or flow control feedback) for an uplink transmission from the UE associated with a TCI state, and the UE may use the dynamically indicated timing advance for uplink transmissions associated with the TCI state.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a distributed unit (DU) of a first integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node may configure an indication of a capability to reuse measurements, associated with a mobile terminal of the first IAB node, as crosslink interference measurements for a DU of a second IAB node. The DU may transmit the indication to a central unit of an IAB donor. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for facilitating device-to-device (D2D) communications on sidelinks. Some implementations more specifically relate to a user equipment (UE) determining sidelink communication parameter corresponding to UE assistance information or UE capability information. The UE may also determine an attribute associated with the sidelink communication parameter, the attribute indicating the sidelink communication parameter is a dynamic parameter or a static parameter. The UE may further transmit to another UE, on a sidelink, the sidelink communication parameter and the attribute. The UE may also communicate with the other UE on the sidelink based on the transmitted sidelink communication parameter and the attribute.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) (e.g., “victim” UE) may receive control signaling indicating a cross-link interference (CLI) reporting configuration associated with a set of CLI resources, where the CLI resources are associated with varying levels of CLI at the first UE. The first UE may perform CLI measurements on signals received from a second UE (e.g., “aggressor” UE) within the set of CLI interference resources based on the CLI reporting configuration. The first UE may then transmit, based on the CLI measurements, a CLI report identifying a CLI resource from the set of CLI resources, wherein the CLI resource is associated with a CLI measurement that fails to satisfy a CLI threshold, or wherein the CLI resource is associated with a lower level of CLI as compared to other CLI resources within the set of CLI resources.

A network entity may receive, from a first user equipment (UE) (e.g., victim UE), a first uplink message including a cross-link interference (CLI) report associated with CLI experienced at the first UE and a set of CLI parameters associated with the first UE. The network entity may transmit, to a second UE (e.g., aggressor UE) based on the first uplink message, a first downlink message indicating an uplink power limit associated with uplink communications transmitted by the second UE during a full-duplex operational mode at the network entity. The network entity may then communicate with the first and second UEs in accordance with the full-duplex operational mode and based on the uplink power limit.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for transmission of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) using adjusted transmit powers. In one aspect, a power offset may be configured for one or more sets of SSBs. The power offset may be configured to be applied for a set of SSBs based on a duplexing mode of one or more of a transmitter wireless node (that transmits an SSB) or a receiver wireless node (that receives the SSB). The duplexing mode may be based on whether the transmitter receiver node or the wireless receiver node is operating in a full-duplex mode or may be based on a resource configuration associated with a resource used to transmit the SSB. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein also provide signaling to support the transmission of SSBs using adjusted transmit powers, and techniques for receiving and processing SSBs that use adjusted transmit powers.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a beam configuration for each physical cell identifier (PCI) of a set of candidate PCIs. A beam configuration for a PCI may include, for example, transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for downlink channels and reference signals or spatial relations for uplink channels and reference signals. The UE may receive an indication of a selected subset of PCIs of the set of candidate PCIs. The UE may apply the beam configuration for each PCI of the selected subset of PCIs based on the indication of the selected subset of PCIs. The UE may then communicate according to the beam configurations for the selected subset of PCIs.

Abstract: A method of wireless communications by a sidelink UE (user equipment) includes receiving a first signal as part of a discontinuous reception (DRX) wake-up procedure at the beginning of a sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) ON duration. The method also includes transmitting a response to the first signal as part of a DRX wake-up procedure. The method further includes starting a timer after sending the response. The method still further includes entering a sleep state upon not receiving a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) or physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) before the timer expires.

The configuration message includes at least one indicator of a resource for channel measurement, where the at least one indicator of the resource for channel measurement is associated with a plurality of resources for interference measurements that include at least one resource for self-interference measurement. Additionally, or alternatively, the configuration message includes at least one indicator of a format for a sub-band report, where the format indicates that the sub-band report is to include at least one of reference signal received power, signal-to-interference-and-noise ratio, or a combination thereof. The UE may transmit, to the base station, at least one report based at least in part on the configuration message. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A UE may receive, from a base station, scheduling information for a first DL transmission associated with half-duplex mode and a second DL transmission associated with full duplex mode, determine priorities of the first and second DL transmissions, and monitoring for a higher priority DL transmission among the first and second DL transmissions. The UE may transmit a first UL transmission associated with a half-duplex mode and a second UL transmission associated with a full duplex mode, and the base station may determine priorities of the first and second UL transmissions. The priority may be determined by the duplex mode or the content of the first and second DL transmissions and the first and second UL transmissions.
