    Abstract: A display device may include a first pixel, a second pixel, a first data line electrically connected to the first pixel, a second data line electrically connected to the second pixel and electrically insulated from the first data line, a first signal wire electrically connected to the first data line, a second signal wire electrically connected to the second data line, and a connecting wire electrically connecting the second data line to the second signal wire. The connecting wire may include a first section and a second section. The second section may be directly connected to the first section, may overlap the first pixel, may overlap the first data line, and may be oblique relative to each of the first data line and the second data line in a plan view of the display device.

    Abstract: An OLED pixel includes a switching transistor to transfer a data signal to a driving transistor. The switching transistor includes a first gate coupled to receive a first scan signal and a second gate coupled to receive a second scan signal received before the first scan signal. A storage capacitor is connected to a first terminal of the driving transistor and the first transistor passes a data signal to a second terminal of the driving transistor based on the first and second scan signals. A compensation transistor and an initialization transistor are also included. The compensation transistor includes first and second gates to receive the first scan signal to establish a signal path between the first terminal and a third terminal of the driving transistor. The initialization transistor establishes a signal path between an initialization voltage and the storage capacitor between its two gates.

    Abstract: A display device includes display pixels each including a light emitting part including a light emitting element and a pixel driver applying a driving current to the light emitting element, and light sensing pixels each including a light sensing part including an optical element and a sensing driver, the sensing driver applying a sensing current to a sensing line according to a photocurrent of the optical element. The sensing driver includes a first sensing transistor controlling the sensing current flowing through the sensing line according to a voltage of a first electrode of the optical element, and a second sensing transistor initializing the first electrode of the optical element to a first level voltage. A channel layer of the first sensing transistor and a channel layer of the second sensing transistor are made of different materials.

    Abstract: A display device includes: pixel circuits arranged in a first direction on each of a first pixel row and a second pixel row; dummy sensor circuits arranged in a predetermined interval between the pixel circuits on the first pixel row; sensor circuits arranged in the interval between the pixel circuits on the second pixel row; light emitting elements disposed on the pixel circuits and connected to each of the pixel circuits; first light receiving elements on at least some of the pixel circuits of the first pixel row and the dummy sensor circuits; and second light receiving elements on at least some of the pixel circuits of the second pixel row and the sensor circuits.     Abstract: A fingerprint sensor and a display device include a substrate. A circuit element layer is disposed on a first surface of the substrate and includes a semiconductor layer, conductive layers and at least one opening portion. A light emitting element layer is disposed on the circuit element layer and includes at least one light emitting element. A sensor layer is disposed on a second surface of the substrate and includes at least one light sensor corresponding to the opening portion. The opening portion is defined by non-overlapping of the semiconductor layer and the conductive layers, the opening portion has a closed loop shape in plan view, and at least a portion of the closed loop shape includes a curve, or an internal angle of the at least a portion of the closed loop shape is an obtuse angle.
