    Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing including a recess; an internal structure disposed in the recess; and a display disposed in the recess and supported by the internal structure, where the display includes a display panel including a first region and a second region, where the second region forms at least part of an edge of the display panel; and a flexible polymer layer forming an outer surface of the display panel, where the flexible polymer layer includes a first portion covering the first region and the second region, and a second portion extending from the first portion, enclosing the at least part of the edge of the display panel, and extending inward. Thereby, foreign material can be prevented from entering into the display. Various other embodiments are possible.

    Abstract: In an example embodiment, an electronic device includes a communication module comprising communication circuitry, a display, a sound output device comprising sound output circuitry, a processor, and a memory. Instructions stored in the memory, when executed by the processor, causes the electronic device to control the communication module to transmit and/or receive a plurality of pieces of wireless access in vehicular environment (WAVE) information. In addition, the electronic device identifies a plurality of events, based on the plurality of pieces of WAVE information, and generates a plurality of messages related to the plurality of events. The electronic device further determines priorities of the plurality of messages, based on status information of the electronic device, and outputs the plurality of messages based on the determined priorities through at least one of the display and the sound output device.

    Abstract: An electronic device including an interposer is provided. The electronic device includes a first circuit board having a first connection terminal formed thereon, an application processor (AP) connected to the first connection terminal and deployed on the first circuit board, an interposer having a via formed therein and having a first surface attached to the first circuit board, the interposer at least partly surrounding at least a partial region of the first circuit board and a first end portion of the via being electrically connected to the first connection terminal, a second circuit board having a second connection terminal formed thereon and attached to a second surface of the interposer in an opposite direction to the first surface, the second connection terminal being electrically connected to a second end portion of the via and the second circuit board forming an inner space together with the first circuit board and the interposer, a communication processor (CP) connected to the second connection terminal and deployed on the second circuit board, and an antenna electrically connected to the CP.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a tungsten precursor and a method of forming a tungsten-containing layer. The tungsten precursor has a structure represented by Formula 1 below. In Formula 1, R1, R2, and R3 independently include a straight-chained or a branched alkyl group including a substituted or an unsubstituted C1-C5; R4 and R5 independently include a straight-chained or a branched alkyl group including a C1-C5, halogen element, dialkylamino group having C2-C10, or trialkylsilyl group including a C3-C12; n is 1 or 2, and m is 0 or 1. Also, n+m=2 (e.g., when n is 1, m is 1). When n is 2, m is 0 and each of R1 and R2 are provided in two. Two R1s are independently of each other, and two R2s are independently of each other.
