A device and method for managing spectrum resources and a wireless communication device and method are provided. The method for managing spectrum resources of a wireless communication system according to the disclosure includes: acquiring resource utilization parameter information of a communication device to be managed, the resource utilization parameter information including the number of antennas; and determining spectrum resource allocation to the communication device based on the resource utilization parameter information. The method for managing spectrum resources enriches contents of signaling interaction between a communication device and a device for managing spectrum resources in a wireless communication system, thereby making it possible to sufficiently utilize a possible spatial freedom degree of a communication device in a multi-antenna system, and to efficiently reduce interference between communication devices or communication systems.

Disclosed is a device and a method in a wireless communication system, and the device comprises: a transmitting unit configured to transmit a first allocation signal synthesized by use of the superimposed coding to plenty of user equipment at least comprising a first and a second user equipment, and the first allocation signal at least comprising a first power signal part for the first user equipment and a second power signal part for the second user equipment; a receiving unit configured to receive at least a feedback retransmission request from the first and the second user equipment; and a processing unit configured to process the first and the second power signal parts with a preset processing coefficient to obtain a second allocation signal in response to the retransmission request, and the transmitting unit is further configured to transmit the second allocation signal to the first and the second user equipment which merge the first and the second allocation signals in order to separately obtain the data for the first and the second user equipment.

A spectrum management system includes circuitry that obtains interference information from another spectrum management system, where the interference information indicates interference with communication of a communication system managed by the other spectrum management system. The interference is caused by at least one secondary communication system managed by the spectrum management system. The circuitry also modifies a communication characteristic of the at least one secondary communication system based on the interference information.

According to one embodiment, an electronic device used for spectrum management comprises a processing circuit. The processing circuit is configured to acquire the interference relationships between radio access nodes managed by a first level spectrum management device, said radio access nodes comprising radio access nodes managed respectively by different second level spectrum management devices. The processing circuit is further configured to allocate, based on the acquired interference relationships, multiplex spectrum resources to radio access nodes that do not interfere with each other, and orthogonal spectrum resources to radio access nodes that do interfere with each other.
