摘要: A display device includes pixels configured to emit light of various intensity in accordance with driving signals, data lines, scan lines, and a power supply unit configured to supply at least one driving voltage to the pixels. At least one of the pixels may comprise a switching transistor having a first electrode connected to one of the data lines and a second electrode connected to a first node, and a gate electrode connected to one of the scan lines, a driving transistor connected between the power supply unit and an organic light emitting diode, a storage capacitor having a first terminal connected to the first node and a second terminal connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, and a first transistor connected between the first node and a first electrode of the driving transistor.

摘要: A gate driving circuit includes a plurality of stages for providing gate signals, wherein a k-th stage (k is a natural number greater than 3) includes a first output transistor including a control electrode connected to a first node, an input electrode for receiving a clock signal, and an output electrode for outputting a k-th gate signal, a second output transistor including a control electrode connected to the first node, an input electrode for receiving the clock signal, and an output electrode for outputting a k-th carry signal, a pull-down unit connected to a discharge node to pull down the output electrode of the first output transistor in response to a signal of the discharge node, and a discharge unit configured to output a (k−1)-th carry signal output from a (k−1)-th stage to the discharge node in response to a (k+1)-th carry signal output from a (k+1)-th stage.

摘要: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes an organic light-emitting diode, a switching transistor, a first light emission control transistor, and a driving transistor. The organic light-emitting diode includes an anode and a cathode for receiving a reference voltage. The switching transistor includes a gate electrode for receiving an nth scan signal and a source electrode for receiving a data signal, and is an NMOS transistor. The first light emission control transistor includes a gate electrode for receiving a light emission control signal, and is configured to turn on upon receiving the light emission control signal to determine a timing of flow of a driving current to the organic light-emitting diode, and is a PMOS transistor. The driving transistor is connected to the switching transistor and the first light emission control transistor and provides the driving current to the organic light-emitting diode.

A first thin-film transistor (TFT) is arranged in the display area. The first TFT includes silicon and a first gate electrode. A second TFT is arranged on a first insulating layer covering the first gate electrode and includes an oxide and a second gate electrode. A first voltage line extends in a first direction. A data line is spaced apart from the first voltage line. A connection wire is disposed in the display area and connects the data line to the pad portion. The connection wire includes a first portion extending in the first direction and a second portion extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and the first portion overlaps the first voltage line.

The first and second electrodes are disposed on different layers from each other and are coupled to a first control electrode and a first output electrode, respectively, of the first transistor, and the light emitting element includes a light emitting layer. The additional control electrode overlap the first control electrode and the first semiconductor pattern, when viewed in a plan view. The additional control electrode and the second electrode are disposed on the same layer and form a single body.
