Abstract: A clock data recovery circuit includes an inphase-quadrature (I-Q) merged phase interpolator circuit configured to generate a first clock pair and a second clock pair from a plurality of reference clock signals, the plurality of reference clock signals having different phases, the first clock pair comprising an I clock signal and an inverted I clock signal, and the second clock pair comprising a Q clock signal and an inverted Q clock signal, a sampler circuit configured to sample input data based on the first clock pair and the second clock pair, and a control circuit configured to control phases of the first clock pair and the second clock pair, the controlling including providing a control signal to the I-Q merged phase interpolator circuit based on a sampling result of the sampler circuit, the I-Q merged phase interpolator circuit is configured to share analog inputs based on the control signal.

Abstract: A wireless power transmitting device includes: a transistor configured to output a signal corresponding to a set operating frequency, based on an input signal and a driving voltage; a matching circuit connected with the transistor; a transmission coil connected with the matching circuit; an LC resonance circuit connected in parallel between the transistor and the matching circuit and configured to transfer a signal corresponding to at least one harmonic frequency of the operating frequency; and an impedance sensing circuit connected with the LC resonance circuit and configured to sense a load impedance of the wireless power transmitting device based on the signal corresponding to the at least one harmonic frequency transferred through the LC resonance circuit. The matching circuit is configured to provide impedance matching with the sensed load impedance by adjusting an impedance of the matching circuit or an impedance of the transmission coil.

Abstract: Provided is an electronic device including: a battery, a resonant circuit including a coil and a capacitor configured to wirelessly receive power, a rectifying circuit configured to rectify an alternating current power provided from the resonant circuit to a direct current power, a DC/DC converter configured to convert the direct current power provided from the rectifying circuit and to output the converted direct current power, a charging circuit configured to charge the battery using the converted direct current power provided form the DC/DC converter, a controller, and a communication circuit, wherein the controller is configured to: control the charging circuit to set a magnitude of a reference current of the charging circuit to a first value, the first value being less than a maximum value of an output current of the charging circuit, control the charging circuit to set the magnitude of the reference current to a second value greater than the first value, measure a magnitude of an output current of the charging circuit after setting the magnitude of the reference current to the second value, control, based on a difference between the measured magnitude and the second value being less than or equal to a specified set value, the charging circuit to set the magnitude of the reference current to a third value greater than the second value, and control, based on the difference between the measured magnitude and the second value exceeding the specified set value, the charging circuit to set the magnitude of the reference current to the first value to receive wireless power.

Abstract: A wireless power receiver receiving power from a wireless power transmitter is provided. The receiver includes a resonance circuit, a rectifier circuit, and a driver circuit. The resonance circuit includes first and second coils and a first capacitor. The rectifier circuit includes first and second rectifier circuits. The first rectifier circuit includes first through fourth MOSFETs. Sources of the first and second MOSFETs are connected to ends of a resonator including the first coil and the first capacitor. Sources of the third and fourth MOSFETs are connected to ground. The driver circuit is connected to gates of the first through fourth MOSFETs, When the driver circuit switches off the first and second MOSFETs and switches on the third and fourth MOSFETs, as currents are induced in the resonator and the second coil, the resonance circuit receives the wireless power, and the current induced in the second coil is rectified by the second rectifier circuit.

The first capacitor and the first coil can form a closed loop. A first resonance frequency of the first coil can be higher than a second resonance frequency of a second coil of the wireless power-receiving unit.
