Abstract: A novel functional panel that is highly convenient, useful, or reliable is provided. The functional panel includes a first element, a first reflective film, and an insulating film. The first element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a layer containing a light-emitting material; the layer containing a light-emitting material includes a region interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; the first electrode has a light-transmitting property; and the first electrode has a first thickness. The first electrode is interposed between a region of the first reflective film and the layer containing a light-emitting material, and the first reflective film has a second thickness. The insulating film includes a first opening portion, and the first opening portion overlaps with the first electrode. The insulating film has a first step-like cross-sectional shape, and the first step-like cross-sectional shape surrounds the first opening portion. The first step-like cross-sectional shape includes a first step, and the first step is larger than or equal to a thickness obtained by adding the second thickness to the first thickness.

Abstract: An optical device with less influence of stray light is provided. The optical device is thin and includes a half mirror, a first lens, a retardation plate, a reflective polarizing plate, and a second lens. In the optical device, a geometric phase lens which has negative and positive refractive power is used as the first lens, whereby images can be focused after magnified optically. Thus, the optical device can have a wide viewing angle. In the case where stray light occurs due to birefringence of an optical material, negative refractive power of the first lens can prevent the stray light from being focused on the eye direction. Accordingly, image degradation recognized due to stray light can be prevented.

The distance L1 has a relationship with the first radius of curvature R1 and the first refractive index N1 represented by the following formula: L1≤5×R1/(N1−1).

Abstract: A display device that can display a high-quality image is provided. The display device includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a light-emitting layer, and a lens. Abstract: Manufacturing equipment with which steps from processing to sealing of an organic compound film can be continuously performed is provided. The manufacturing equipment enables continuous processing of a patterning step of a light-emitting device and a light-receiving device and a step of sealing top and side surfaces of organic layers to prevent the top and side surfaces from being exposed to the air, which allows formation of the light-emitting device and the light-receiving device each of which has a minute structure, high luminous, and high reliability. Abstract: A plurality of display panels having a curved surface are placed in a limited space. Two, or three or more display panels are combined to form one display region having a T-shaped outer edge as one screen, and a driver can curve part of the display panel as appropriate so that the driver can see the screen easily. A first display panel or a second display panel has flexibility and includes a position adjustment function of curving an end portion. That is, by curving part of the display panel, the user can see the display panel easily. The in-car design can also be varied.

Abstract: To provide a light-emitting device whose amount of light can be adjusted, or the like. The amount of light emitted from the light-emitting device can be adjusted by controlling the magnitude of the constant current pulse by a control signal. Specifically, the light-emitting device includes a constant current supply configured to be supplied with a control signal and a control pulse signal and configured to supply a constant current pulse; a control device configured to supply the control signal; a driver circuit configured to supply the control pulse signal; and a light-emitting panel configured to be supplied with the constant current pulse. The control signal is a signal for controlling the magnitude of the constant current pulse. The light-emitting panel includes a light-emitting element. The current density of the light-emitting element is greater than or equal to 10 mA/cm2 and less than or equal to 1000 mA/cm2.

Abstract: To provide a light-emitting device or an input/output device with little unevenness in display luminance or high reliability and to provide an input/output device with high detection sensitivity, a light-emitting device is configured to include a first substrate, a light-emitting element over the first substrate, a first conductive layer over the light-emitting element, a first insulating layer over the first conductive layer, a second conductive layer over the first insulating layer, and a second substrate over the second conductive layer. The light-emitting element includes a first electrode over the first substrate, a layer containing a light-emitting organic compound over the first electrode, and a second electrode over the layer containing a light-emitting organic compound. The second electrode is electrically connected to the first and second conductive layers. The first conductive layer and the second electrode transmit light emitted from the light-emitting element. The resistance of the second conductive layer is lower than that of the second electrode.
