Alternatively, the base station transmits a first downlink control signal that is allocated for an M2M group, which includes a plurality of M2M devices, to an M2M device that is included in said M2M group, and transmits, to said M2M device, a second downlink control signal that is specific to and allocated to said M2M device.

Disclosed are a method and a device for transmitting uplink control information (UCI) by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The UCI transmission method comprises the steps of: generating an encoding information bit stream by performing channel coding for a UCI bit stream; generating complex modulation symbols by performing modulation for the generated encoding information bit stream; spreading the complex modulation symbols in block-wise on the basis of an orthogonal sequence; and transmitting the spread complex modulation symbols to a base station. The encoding information bit stream is generated by a channel coding for circularly repeating the UCI bit stream.

The method includes obtaining a frequency partition (FP) count (FPCT), an size of FPi (FPS) for i>0, and subband (SB) count of FPi (FPSC) for i>0 (where FPi is an ith FP), obtaining a value KSB,FPi indicating an SB count for FPi and a value KMB,FPi indicating a miniband (MB) count for FPi on the basis of the FPCT, the FPS, and the FPSC, and mapping an SB PRU including a plurality of contiguous physical resource units (PRUs) and an MB PRU including a plurality of contiguous PRUs to each FP in a granularity of a PRU set on the basis of the values KSB,FPi and KMB,FPi. Each FP can obtain a frequency selective scheduling gain based on the SB and a frequency diversity gain based on the MB.

The present invention includes dividing the system frequency band into a plurality of physical resource units (PRUs) and mapping a plurality of the physical resource units to a subband physical resource unit (PRUSB) and a miniband physical resource unit (PRUMB), wherein the mapping is based on an interval between contiguous resource units which includes a predetermined number of contiguous PRUs and another interval greater than the former interval and wherein the interval between the contiguous resource units is a roundup value of a value resulting from dividing a maximum number of the contiguous resource units by the number of the contiguous resource units to allocate to the minibands. According to a related art subband/miniband mapping method, if KSB has a greater value, an interval between contiguous PRUs allocated to miniband among total PRUs is narrowed, diversity of the miniband may be lowered. Therefore, the present invention proposes a subband/miniband mapping method for securing diversity gain of miniband by improving the related art subband/miniband mapping method.
