    摘要: A variable gain amplifier includes a plurality of element circuits each having an output current that increases at a constant rate with a change in a variable control voltage, voltages that increase in steps of the change being respectively supplied to the plurality of element circuits as their reference voltages and the control voltage being supplied to each of the plurality of element circuits, multipliers for multiplying the output currents from the plurality of element circuits by one another, and an amplifier for carrying out a variable gain amplification based on an output current from the multipliers. The variable gain amplifier can suppress any change in the characteristics thereof due to temperature compensation of the characteristics and variations in manufacturing of transistors, and carry out a linear gain control operation on the control voltage when the gain is expressed in a logarithm.

A strip line is disposed on the strip line layer, and a microstrip line is disposed on the third dielectric layer. The strip line is connected to the microstrip line via a through hole to define the resonator. A portion of the second grounding conductor layer that faces the microstrip line is removed.

    摘要: A damping support structure for preventing vibrations of an apparatus table supporting an apparatus for manufacturing ultra-high precision devices such as semiconductors and printed circuit boards. The apparatus table is supported in suspension by support members, with its apparatus mounting surface disposed at a low level. The support members are supported by stationary members through vertically extendible and contractible first air springs. Horizontally extendible and contractible second air springs are disposed between the stationary members and the apparatus table. The first and second air springs serve to mitigate vertical and horizontal vibrations of the apparatus table, respectively. At the same time, in response to vibrations of the apparatus table detected by vibration sensors, air supply from air supply devices to inside spaces of the first and second air springs is controlled to apply controlling forces to the apparatus table through the first and second air springs for displacing the apparatus table relative to the stationary members and maintaining the apparatus table in an absolutely stationary state.
