摘要: A stress sensor in which the direction and magnitude of a stress being applied to a post bonded to or integrated with an insulating board can be grasped from variation in the resistance of resistor elements being stimulated by application of the stress while suppressing variation in the shape of each resistor. The resistor element comprises a resistor formed, by screen print, between a pair of electrodes for the resistor element, i.e. circuit pattern electrodes, arranged on the surface of the insulating board. The electrode is connected, through a conductor, with a board terminal part arranged at one end of the insulating board. The electrode and the conductor or a print accuracy adjusting member have a constant height from the surface of the insulating board. Arrangement of the conductor, electrode and print accuracy adjusting member is entirely identical or similar for the resistor elements in the vicinity thereof.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a scheme for distributing spatial information between information providers and information users. To achieve this object, the present invention creates a corresponding index for each spatial information. The index includes information related to a position included in spatial information, and data related to a storage location of the spatial information. This index also includes (1) a source ID for uniquely identifying spatial information; (2) coordinate translation values which are parameters used to correspond certain spatial information to other spatial information; and (3) when the spatial information including this index was created by referencing other spatial information, an underlay diagram specifying ID represented by the source ID possessed by the referenced spatial information, or the like.

摘要: A planning support system and process in a workstation having an operator interface, planning process feature, a data file server, and memory feature therein, characterized in storing a planner model having data indicating a plurality of planning actions in the data file server and indicating flow among the planning actions and having process times of the planning actions, and in processes executed by the planning process feature including setting an operator model on the basis of a planning request input through the operator interface, and including determining action of a first planning action to be executed according to the planner model on the basis of the operator model and for determining a second planning action to be executed following the first planning action, and including storing data needed for process of the second planning action into the memory feature until the process of the second planning action is started after process of the first planning action ends on the basis of the planner model. Parts of a model of the planning work usually made by man can be carried out by computer, and necessary data can be predicted according to process of the planning work of the planner to prepare in advance. This makes it possible that data supply time for the planner is made at a pace of his or her working process.

摘要: A hand-held manually sweeping printing apparatus includes a manually manipulatable housing. A data input section, a memory, a printer head, a roll of ink ribbon, and an encoder are mounted within the housing. When a user holds the microcopier and sweeps it across a piece of paper, the printer head can print image data on the paper. Since the printer head is movable in response to various conditions caused by the pressure applied to the piece of paper, or surface conditions of the paper, a high-quality printing is realized. The data input section may be replaced by an image sensor, in which case the information on an original can be read and reproduced on the piece of paper.

摘要: A manually operable scanning structure employs a mechanism for straightening movement on a record or an image recorded medium. The mechanism comprises a pair of rollers, support members for rotatably supporting the rollers and swaying members for coupling the support members with a housing member. Each of swaying members is formed in a bifurcated shape and has a flexible neck portion which is capable of swaying the roller. The flexible neck portion is positioned to the rear of the roller in a moving direction of the housing. Therefore, the swaying member sways the roller in an opposite direction by a reaction according to an external thrust force urged to the housing member.

摘要: In an optical tracking robot system, a target has a light emitting section with a high light emitting directivity, for emitting a light beam modulated into pulses. A tracking robot has a tracking sensor section for monitoring a light beam by a pair of light receiving elements, for processing signals from the received light beam, and for generating and supplying drive control signals to a travel control section. In response to drive control signals the travel control section generates and supplies drive signals to a driver section. The driver section drives the tracking robot so that the robot advances while turning to the right when the output level of the right side light receiving element is higher than that of the left side light receiving element, and to the left when the latter is higher than the former. The robot also has an approach sensor section which detects the light beam by means of a light receiving element, and generates and supplies stop control signals to the travel control section. The travel control section supplies stop signals to the driver section, thereby stopping the robot.
