    摘要: A resistor structure includes a resistor body; and a first electrode structure disposed at and being in electric contact with a first end of the resistor body, and a second electrode structure disposed at and being in electric contact with a second end opposite to the first end of the resistor body. Each of the first electrode structure and the second electrode structure has at least one conductive protrusion. The at least one conductive protrusion of the first electrode structure and the at least one conductive protrusion of the second electrode structure both serve as voltage-sensing terminals for electric connection to an external voltage measurement device, or both serve as current-sensing terminals for electric connection to a current measurement device.

    摘要: A temperature sensing device includes a resistor string and a control circuitry. The resistor string includes a variable resistor, a first resistor, and a second resistor which are coupled in series with each other. The resistor string is coupled between a sensing end and a reference ground voltage. The first resistor and the second resistor are coupled to a monitoring end to provide a monitoring voltage. The control circuitry compares the monitoring voltage with a plurality of reference voltages to generate sensing temperature information, and generate adjustment information according to the sensing temperature information. The control circuitry adjusts a resistance provided by the variable resistor according to the adjustment information. The first resistor is a polysilicon resistor, and the second resistor is a silicon carbide diffusion resistor.

    摘要: Provided is a current detection device in which, to a bus bar type shunt resistor, another member can be easily connected and fixed by means of rotational fastening of screw members. The current detection device is provided with: a pair of wiring members (11, 12) consisting of electrically conductive metal material; a resistor body (13) consisting of metal material having a smaller temperature coefficient of resistance than the wiring members and which is bonded to the wiring members; and a screw member (16) which is fixed to at least one of the wiring members and which is a separate member from the wiring members. One screw member (16) is fixed to one surface of the wiring members (11, 12), and another screw member (17) is rotationally fastened to the one screw member (16) sandwiching another member (18, 19) disposed on the other surface of the wiring members (11,12).

    摘要: A high voltage impedance device with surface leakage proof configuration is applied in a divider. Aforementioned divider is assembled by a high impedance element, an inner case body and an outer case body. The high impedance element is sealed in the inner case body and a closed interlayer between the inner case body and the outer case body is filled with noble gas as an insulating layer. While the high impedance element is applied in high voltage, the closed interlayer can prevent the current-leakage from forming impedance paralleled with the high impedance element. The current-leakage is formed on the surface of insulting portion, or is formed by moisture, dust or corona effect. Therefore, the current-leakage proof divider may maintain the stability/linearity of the voltage division and then reduce the distance between two ends of the high impedance element effectively and still maintain the linearity of measuring voltage.
