    摘要: An object of the invention is to obtain a coherent laser radar device that provides one system of a photo detector and eliminates a blind zone, including a pulsed laser that oscillates at a frequency which is identical with or close to an output light of a local light source as a single frequency; a transmission/reception optical system that irradiates a pulsed laser beam from the pulsed laser toward a target as a transmission light and receives a scattered light from the target as a reception light; a light coupling means that couples the output light from the local light source and the reception light; a photo detecting portion that conducts light coherent detection on a coupled light; and a signal processing device that calculates a speed and a distance of a target in accordance with an output of the detection, in which the photo detecting portion comprises: a photo detecting element that conducts the light coherent detection; a microwave switch that changes over a propagation path of an output from the photo detecting element; a microwave amplifier; and a switch control means that changes over the microwave switch so as to transmit a signal before a reference time as a monitor signal and transmit a signal after the reference time as a reception signal with a time at which the pulse light from the pulsed laser has completely passed through the transmission/reception optical system as the reference time.

    摘要: A solid-state laser rod pumping module has a stack-type semiconductor laser including a plurality of bar-shaped components that are stacked in a direction parallel to the axis of a solid-state laser rod. Each bar-shaped component includes a plurality of laser-light-emitting portions that are aligned and integrated in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the solid-state laser rod. The large divergence angle of the stack-type semiconductor can be compensated by including a light focusing component for focusing laser light emitted out of the stack-type semiconductor laser. The focused light is guided by a laser light guiding component disposed in a diffusive reflection tube. A light guiding component guides the focused light onto a solid-state laser rod located within the diffusive reflective tube, while maintaining the length of one side of the cross section of the guided light.

Thus, high output and high efficiency terahertz wave generation can be easily and certainly realized while a narrow line width characteristic is maintained.

A solid-state laser rod exciting device excites any number of solid-state laser rods with a 90° optical rotator disposed coaxially and arranged between the rods. The rotator rotates a component of the light generated in the axial direction while heat lens compensating devices are disposed coaxially with the solid-state laser rods. A reflecting device and a partial reflection device are disposed coaxially and arranged, outside of the solid-state laser rods and heat lens compensating devices, for propagating the axially generated component of the light. An exciting source driving device drives the exciting sources included in the solid-state laser rod exciting device.

    摘要: A solid-state laser rod pumping module has a stack-type semiconductor laser including a plurality of bar-shaped components that are stacked in a direction parallel to the axis of a solid-state laser rod.
