    摘要: An organic light-emitting display device includes: a substrate; pixels on a first side of the substrate, each of the pixels comprising a first region for emitting light and a second region for transmitting external light; pixel circuits on the first regions of the pixels, each of the pixel circuits comprising at least one thin film transistor; an insulating layer covering the pixel circuits; first electrodes on the insulating layer, spaced from each other on the first regions, and electrically connected to the pixel circuits; a second electrode opposite the first electrodes and formed throughout the first and second regions of all the pixels; an organic layer between the first electrodes and the second electrode; a sealing member facing the first side of the substrate; and an anti-reflection layer located on at least one of a second side of the substrate or an outer side of the sealing member.

    摘要: A microelectromechanical system (MEMS) comb actuator materialized in an insulating material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The MEMS comb actuator includes a stationary comb fixed to a substrate; a movable comb separated from the substrate; a post fixed to the substrate; and a spring connected to the post to be separated from the substrate so as to movably support the movable comb. The stationary comb, the movable comb, the post, and the spring are formed in an insulating material layer formed on the substrate, and a metal coating layer is formed at least on the surface of the stationary comb and the movable comb. The method includes preparing a substrate; forming an insulating material layer on the substrate using silica or polymer; and selectively etching the insulating material layer and the substrate, thereby forming a stationary comb, a movable comb, a post, and a spring in the insulating material layer, and forming a metal coating layer on the surfaces of the stationary comb and the movable comb.

    摘要: A biodegradable polymeric drug carrier micelle composition capable of solubilizing a hydrophobic drug in a hydrophilic environment comprises a biodegradable polymeric drug carrier micelle and a hydrophobic drug wherein the drug is physically trapped within and not covalently bonded to the polymeric drug carrier micelle. The drug carrying micelle is capable of dissolving in water to form a solution thereof, and the drug carrier comprises an amphiphilic block copolymer having a hydrophilic poly(alkylene oxide) component, and a biodegradable hydrophobic polymer component selected from the group consisting of poly(lactic acid), poly(glycoloc acid), poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid), poly(&egr;-caprolactone), a derivative thereof and a mixture thereof. Preferably the amphiphilic block copolymer has a molecular weight in a range of about 1430 to about 6000 Daltons and the hydrophilic component content is in a range of about 50 wt % to about 70 wt % based on the total weight of the block copolymer.
