Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for planning a distribution network with reliability constraints based on a feeder corridor, including determining installation states of respective elements in the distribution network; determining an objective function, the objective function being an objective function of minimizing a total investment cost of the distribution network; obtaining fault-isolation-and-load-transfer time and fault recovery time in a case where the feeder segment of each feeder line that is contained in each feeder corridor fails; determining constraint conditions including reliability constraints; building a distribution network planning model according to the objective function and the constraints; and solving the distribution network planning model built to obtain optimal solutions as planning states and reliability indexes to plan the distribution network.

Abstract: A method for discovering an unexploded ordnance in a target area includes: acquiring first feedback signals respectively corresponding to detection regions, the first feedback signals being first induced electromotive force signals; judging whether there is any abnormal signal in the first feedback signals, if there is the abnormal signal, determining the detection region corresponding to the abnormal signal is an abnormal region; acquiring second feedback signals respectively corresponding to detection sites in the abnormal region, the second feedback signals being magnetic field gradient signals; acquiring third feedback signals respectively corresponding to the detection sites, the third feedback signals being second induced electromotive force signals; acquiring location information of the detection sites; obtaining a feature spatial distribution map of the abnormal region; and judging whether there is any unexploded ordnance in the abnormal region according to the feature spatial distribution map.

Abstract: A detection method for discovering an unexploded ordnance includes: surrounding a detection region with a transmitting coil and surrounding a detection site with a second receiving coil; conducting the transmitting coil with a second electric current; respectively acquiring a plurality of second feedback signals at a plurality of second feedback time points; partitioning the transmitting coil into a plurality of dipoles, and acquiring a plurality of distance values r respectively between the plurality of dipoles and the detection site; respectively calculating feedback depths according to feedback time periods; respectively calculating apparent resistivity values corresponding to the feedback depths; obtaining an apparent resistivity distribution in depth at the detection site according to the apparent resistivity values and the feedback depths; and judging whether there is any unexploded ordnance at the detection site according to the apparent resistivity distribution in depth.

Abstract: An amphibious portable magnetism detector includes a first housing, a first wiring tube, a first magnetic field sensor, and a central control device. The first housing defines a first inner space and a first through hole in communication with the first inner space. The first wiring tube is connected to the first housing with a first leak-tight seal formed between them, and in communication with the first inner space via the first through hole. The first magnetic field sensor is disposed in the first inner space and configured to detect a magnetic field at a target area and generate a first detection signal. The central control device is electrically connected to the first magnetic field sensor and configured to receive the first detection signal and output a first magnetic field value according to the first detection signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a dispatching method and a dispatching device for an integrated transmission and distribution network. The integrated transmission and distribution network include a transmission network and at least one distribution network. The method includes: establishing a dispatch model of the integrated transmission and distribution network; solving the dispatch model to obtain dynamic dispatch parameters for the integrated transmission and distribution network, in which the dynamic dispatch parameters comprise a boundary transferred power from the transmission network to each of the at least one distribution network, and power outputs of all generators in the transmission network and each of the at least one distribution network; and dispatching the integrated transmission and distribution network based on the boundary transferred power and the power outputs of all the generators in the transmission network and each of the at least one distribution network.

Abstract: A state estimation method for a heat supply network in a steady state based on a bilateral equivalent model is provided. The method includes: establishing the bilateral equivalent model based on a mass flow rate in each supply branch of the heating network, a mass flow rate in each return branch of the heating network, a mass flow rate in each connecting branch of the heating network, a pressure and a temperature of each node in the heating network, wherein each heat source is configured as a connecting branch and each heat load is configured as a connecting branch; and repeatedly performing a state estimation on the heating network based on the bilateral equivalent model, until a coverage state estimation result is acquired.

Abstract: A static security constrained automatic voltage control method is provided, which includes: performing a single automatic voltage control calculation for a control snapshot of a power system in each control cycle. The single automatic voltage control calculation comprises: obtaining a single-time severe contingency sequencing table and a periodical severe contingency sequencing table from a historical severe contingency information database, and selecting severe contingencies; performing a contingency assessment for the active contingency set, and iterating between a result of the contingency assessment for the active contingency set and a solution of the optimal power flow model to obtain a single automatic voltage control instruction; and performing a contingency assessment for a contingency set, and updating the single-time severe contingency sequencing table and the periodical severe contingency sequencing table according to a comprehensive result of the contingency assessment.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of assessing dynamic flexibility for a virtual power plant, which belongs to the technical field of operating and controlling a power system. The method equals a virtual power plant to an equivalent energy storage device and an equivalent generator and decouples a network constraint condition between the two types of devices through a Robust optimization method. Subsequently, by using a two-stage Robust optimization algorithm, parameters of the equivalent energy storage device and the equivalent generator are calculated and finally accurate depiction is realized on adjusting ability of a distributed resource, so as to provide a scientific decision basis for the virtual power plant to participate in grid control, such that it has a great value in an actual application.

Abstract: A magnetism detection apparatus includes a detection device, at least one first locating device, and a central control device. The detection device includes an array of detection assemblies arranged in a same plane. The array of detection assemblies is configured to detect magnetic fields and output magnetic field signals corresponding to locations of the detection assemblies. The at least one first locating device is disposed on one of the detection assemblies to locate this detection assembly and output a first coordinate signal corresponding to this detection assembly. The central control device is communicatively and respectively connected to each of the detection assemblies and the at least one first locating device, and configured to process the magnetic field signals and the first coordinate signal.
