    摘要: A measured data pass-fail discriminating apparatus comprising a digital display type measuring instrument (1) and a data discriminating device (2) for discriminating pass or fail of measured data inputted from the measuring instrument (2). In the data discriminating device (2), the upper limit value (HH) and the lower limit value (LL) are set, and the upper limit preview value (H) and the lower limit preview value (L) are set closer to reference values than the upper limit value (HH) and lower limit value (LL). An alarm signal is given when the measured data having the same number as the preset judging frequency (Jl) continuously lies in ranges between the upper limit preview value (H) and the upper limit value (HH) and between the lower preview value (L) and the lower limit value (LL), or when the measured data exceed the upper limit value (H) and the lower limit value (L).

    摘要: An apparatus for freezing boiled rice has an internally bladed drum rotated at low speed and housing a bladed shaft rotated at a higher speed, the drum having covers at its inlet and outlet ends. A hopper feeds boiled rice in through the inlet cover to an inner bottom face of the drum. Pipe means feed refrigerant into the same zone of the drum. A discharge port in the outlet cover discharges frozen boiled rice and used refrigerant to the exterior.

An analog holding circuit (12) charges a holding capacitor with each pulse contained in the comparison output signal (Cout) and also removes a DC voltage obtained by the charging via a discharging resistor, thereby generating a holding output signal (Hout) that changes in accordance with the presence/absence of input of an optical signal. This allows to perform an autonomous operation without any necessity of an external control signal and properly detect the presence/absence of input of an optical signal.

The substrate processing device has a processing chamber for executing a predetermined processing for a substrate to be processed mounted on a mounting table; a pressure adjustment unit for the processing chamber which adjusts a pressure within the processing chamber; a transfer chamber connected to the processing chamber via a gate valve; and a pressure adjustment unit for the transfer chamber which adjusts a pressure in the transfer chamber and adjusts a pressure within the processing chamber while the gate valve is opened. The method is to adjust a pressure within the processing chamber to a predetermined pressure by using both the pressure adjustment unit for the processing chamber and the pressure adjustment unit for the transfer chamber.
