Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wireless sensor, a manufacturing method thereof and a wound flatness detection system. The wireless sensor includes a sensing element, two elastomer-made encapsulation layers and a breathable fiber-made encapsulation layer; wherein the sensing element is manufactured by the following steps: step 1: preparing a thin film using a carbon-based polymer solution; step 2: using a low-energy laser to induce molecular reconstruction of carbon-based groups on surfaces of the thin film to form a resistance-sensitive layer; step 3: using a high-energy laser to modify, carbonize and cut the resistance-sensitive layer to form a patterned sensing element. The present disclosure solves the problems that existing pressure or tension sensors are extremely susceptible to static interference from the external environment and the human body, and the mechanical mismatch between the sensing layer and the substrate, as well as the impermeability problem.

Abstract: A multi-parameter patient monitoring device rack can dock a plurality of patient monitor modules and can communicate with a separate display unit. A signal processing unit can be incorporated into the device rack. A graphics processing unit can be attached to the display unit. The device rack and the graphic display unit can have improved heat dissipation and drip-proof features. The multi-parameter patient monitoring device rack can provide interchangeability and versatility to a multi-parameter patient monitoring system by allowing use of different display units and monitoring of different combinations of parameters. A dual-use patient monitor module can have its own display unit configured for displaying one or more parameters when used as a stand-alone device, and can be docked into the device rack when a handle on the module is folded down.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of medical health monitoring. Disclosed in the present invention is an on-skin sensing system for detecting blood flow status in a postoperative flap and reconstructed limb, the system including a front-end status detection module and a back-end signal processing and outputting module. The front-end status detection module acquires, in real time, blood oxygen saturation and temperature statuses of postoperative flaps and reconstructed limbs. The front-end status detection module uses a flexible packaging layer to package a printed circuit board, and after the surface of the flexible package layer is chemically treated, a pre-polymerized hydrogel solution is injected to carry out cross-linking to obtain a hydrogel adhesive layer, thereby ensuring long-time close attachment to the skin while avoiding bacterial infection on the surface of the skin. The back-end signal processing and outputting module processes blood oxygen saturation and temperature data, and transmits the data to a mobile terminal in real time. The present invention enables on-line monitoring of the blood flow health status of postoperative flaps and reconstructed limbs. When the blood oxygen saturation of the human body is below a normal value or when temperature and pulse signals are abnormal, the mobile terminal will trigger an alarm function, promptly alerting medical staff and the patient.

When the useful life of the sensor is reached, an indication is given to replace the sensor.
