摘要： Provided are an organic-inorganic hybrid scaffold with surface-immobilized nano-hydroxyapatite, and a method for the fabrication thereof. The scaffold is fabricated by reacting an acid group present on a surface of nano-hydroxyapatite with a primary amine present on a surface of a polymer support in the presence of EDC (1-ethyl-3-dimethylaminopropyl carbodiimide) to immobilize nano-hydroxyapatite onto the surface of the polymer support. The surface of nano-hydroxyapatite is previously grafted with poly(ethylene glycol methacrylate phosphate) (PolyEGMP) having phosphonic acid functionality or with a polymer having carboxylic acid functionality.

摘要： A human body sound transmission apparatus and method for minimizing a signal loss are disclosed. The human body sound transmission apparatus includes: an audio signal transmission unit modulating an audio signal desired to be transmitted, and transmitting the modulated audio signal to the vicinity of a user's ear through the human body (i.e., a user's body); and a carrier wave signal transmission unit transmitting a carrier wave signal for demodulating the modulated audio signal to the vicinity of the user's ear through the air.

摘要： Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for amplitude modulation of a spread signal that can increase a data transmission rate and frequency use efficiency by loading information on the amplitude of the spread signal used in digital communications. A method for amplitude modulation of a spread signal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: receiving a first data signal; generating a spread signal by applying a spreading code to the first data signal; receiving a second data signal; and outputting the spread signal at an amplitude corresponding to a value of the second data signal.

摘要： An apparatus for harvesting energy from an electromagnetic field include an interface unit and a rectifier circuit. The interface unit obtains signals induced in a human body in electronic devices. The rectifier circuit rectifies an AC signal inputted from the interface unit and converts the inputted AC signal into DC power. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain desired power without additional exposure of an electromagnetic field to a human body or surroundings of the human body.

摘要： Disclosed are an authentication apparatus using human body communication capable of improving the security and convenience of user authentication by using human body communication, a portable device having authentication function using human body communication, and an authentication method using human body communication. In the authentication method using human body communication, an authentication device acquires user biometric information and provides the acquired biometric information to a portable device by using human body communication. The portable device then compares the acquired biometric information with previously stored biometric information, and when the acquired biometric information and the previously stored biometric information are identical, the portable provides authentication information to the authentication device. Upon receiving the authentication information, the authentication device performs an authentication procedure based on the authentication information. Thus, security and user convenience can be improved, and an authentication can be quickly performed.

摘要： A frequency selective modulation apparatus and method using re-spreading codes are disclosed. The frequency selective modulation apparatus includes: a serial-to-parallel converter receiving transmission data and performing serial-to-parallel conversion on the transmission data at a pre-set ratio; one or more sub-frequency selective spreaders selecting one spreading code by using data bits received from the serial-to-parallel converter; a majority value selection unit selecting a majority value from one or more spreading codes which have been selected by each of the one or more of the sub-frequency selective spreaders; and a first XOR logic circuit XORing an output of the majority value selection unit and a re-spreading code Wn to re-spread a frequency selective baseband to a frequency selective passband.
