    摘要: First electrodes partially configuring light-emitting elements are patterned in the form of stripes on a first major surface of a transparent substrate. After the step of forming the first electrodes, piezoelectric elements functioning a SAW touch sensor is formed on a second major surface of the transparent substrate. Furthermore, after the step of forming the piezoelectric elements, the light-emitting elements forming step of forming light-emitting elements on the first electrodes which are patterned in advance is sequentially executed.Since the first electrodes are formed in the form of stripes, the piezoelectric elements can be prevented from being damaged by an etching solution used at this time. After the formation of the piezoelectric elements, since the step of forming the light-emitting elements is executed, the light-emitting elements can be prevented from being damaged by receiving heat in the formation of the piezoelectric elements.

    摘要: A vibration sensor includes a vibration body, a drive circuit that vibrates the vibration body, a sense circuit that refers to a reference signal associated with a drive signal for the drive circuit and detects a physical state of the vibration body on the basis of a sense signal related to vibration of the vibration body, and a capacitor provided between the drive circuit and ground. The capacitor has a temperature characteristic of a capacitance value defined so as to compensate for at least a part of the temperature characteristic of a sensitivity of the sense signal to the vibration of the vibration body.

A light modulation layer containing a bulk and microparticles is provided in a light modulation device (30) that is bonded to a light guide plate (10). The bulk and the microparticle each have optical anisotropy, and have respective response speeds to the electric field, that are different from each other. When the electric field is applied to the light modulation layer, an optical axis (AX1) of the bulk and an optical axis (AX2) of the microparticle are orthogonal to each other in a light modulation cell (30-1, 30-2). At this time, the optical axis (AX1) of the bulk is parallel to a transmission axis (AX10) of a polarization plate (210B) on a backlight side.
