    摘要: The present invention provides a track rail mounting structure of a rectilinear guide apparatus comprising a track rail having a rotating/running surface where a plenty of rotating/running bodies rotate and run; an endless circulation route for guiding the plenty of rotating/running bodies; and a slider movably arranged with respect to the track rail via the rotating/running bodies; wherein a base where the track rail is mounted has a groove for inserting a bottom portion of the track rail, so that the bottom portion of the track rail is inserted into the groove, and a pressure member is provided for pressing at least one side surface of the track rail toward an inner side surface of the groove. As has been described above, since the pressure member is provided to press the side surface of the track rail toward the inner side surface of the groove, the side surface of the track rail is pressed by the pressure member so as to press the opposite side of the track rail to the inner side surface of the groove or both side surfaces of the track rail are pressed by the pressure member so as to be fixed to the track rail. Accordingly, even when a thermal expansion difference is caused between the track rail and the base by a temperature change, a contact portion of the pressure member slides along the side surface of the track rail so as to absorb the thermal expansion difference and accordingly, no distortion is caused in the track rail.

    摘要: A linear motion apparatus comprises a linear track rail having a roller running groove; a feeding threaded shaft rotatably arranged in parallel with the track rail; and a movable block arranged on the track rail through rollers, and provided with a nut portion having a threaded bore into which the feeding threaded shaft is to be screwed. The movable block comprises (i) a block body having a roller running counter-groove which faces on the roller running groove of the track rail and a roller returning passage and (ii) direction changing passage forming members respectively provided on both ends of the block body, each of which members forms a U-shaped direction changing passage connecting the roller running counter-groove and the roller returning passage to each other. The movable block is linearly moved on the track rail through the rollers by rotating the feeding threaded shaft. The nut portion is integrally formed on the direction changing passage forming member, and a position of a center axis of the threaded bore of the nut portion is determined by the direction changing passage forming member on a basis of a position of the roller running counter-groove.

    摘要: A ball screw comprises a screw shaft, a hollow cylindrical nut member, balls, a ball returning means and a pair of deflectors. The screw shaft has a helical ball running groove. The nut member has a helical ball running counter-groove facing on the helical ball running groove of the screw shaft, and has a pair of ball-passing holes for connecting inner and outer surfaces of the nut member with each other. The balls are arranged between the ball running groove and the ball running counter-groove. The ball returning means is arranged on the outer surface of the nut member, for connecting the ball-passing holes with each other. The deflectors are disposed so as to be respectively correspondent with the ball-passing holes, for picking up the balls from the ball running groove to transfer the thus picked up balls into the ball-passing hole. Each of the deflectors comprises a ring-shaped base member fitted in an opening end of the nut member, and a ball-picking-up member projected from the base member. The ball-picking-up member is inserted in the ball running counter-groove so as to take a prescribed position of the ball-picking-up member relative to the ball-passing hole.

    摘要: In the ball screw guide unit of the invention, since a guide rail is formed of a channel bar having a groove, and a ball screw shaft is engaged with a movable member which is reciprocatively movable in the groove along a lengthwise direction of the guide rail, so that the centroid of the guide rail is adjacent to the axis of the ball screw shaft. Therefore, when a pretension is applied to the ball screw shaft, a straightness of the guide rail is not impaired and a feed accuracy of the movable member can be maintained. Further, the guide rial may be provided at its lower and side surfaces with reference surfaces used for adjusting parallelism between the guide rail and the axis of the ball screw shaft, in which case assembly and adjustment of the table can be performed more easily.

    摘要: A ball screw comprising a threaded rod and a ball nut making a rectilinear motion around the rod as the rod is rotated. A first load ball groove and a second load groove which have an offset relation to each other are formed in the inner surface of the ball nut. A pre-load is imparted to ball bearings rolling in these two load grooves. The ball nut has a resilient portion between the first and second load ball grooves. The resilient portion can be displaced axially. Any excessive pre-load created by the error introduced either in the lead of the ball-rolling groove or in the lead of the first or second load ball groove is absorbed by the resilient portion. Consequently, the novel ball screw is superior in accuracy to the prior art ball screw, and is easier to fabricate.
