    摘要: Heat-shrinkable thermoplastic resin films suitable for use as labels on the bottles, particularly as full labels on the PET bottles, wherein the heat shrinkability in the main shrinkage direction of the film is 5% to 60% after treatment in hot water at 70° C. for 5 seconds and 67% or higher after treatment in hot water at 85° C. for 5 seconds and the heat shrinkability in a direction perpendicular to the main shrinkage direction of the film is 10% or lower after treatment in hot water at 85° C. for 5 seconds. When used as full labels on the bottles, these films can have good shrinkage finish because they cause only rare occurrence of wrinkles, shrinkage spots, and strains during heat shrinkage, and they are therefore extremely useful as full labels.

    摘要: Heat-shrinkable polyester films, each having a heat shrinkability of 40% or higher in the main shrinkage direction of the film after treatment in hot water at 80° C. for 10 seconds, the change of heat shrinkability in the main shrinkage direction of the film after treatment in hot water at 55-75° C. for 10 seconds before and after the film is left under an atmosphere at 40° C. for 160 hours being 15% or lower, exhibit beautiful shrinkage finish in appearance involving only rare occurrence of shrinkage spots, wrinkles, strains, folding and other defects during shrinkage in the step of shrinking with hot air, and in particular, exhibit a quite small lowering in shrinkage finish after a lapse of time for storage and have low spontaneous shrinkability; therefore, these films are suitably used for applications such as labels and cap seals.

    摘要: In a thermo-shrinkable polyester film, the thermal shrinkage ratio in a main shrinking direction is about 20% or more after being treated in water of about 70.degree. C. for about seconds, about 35 to about 55% after treated in water of about 75.degree. C. for about 5 seconds, and about 50 to about 60% after being treated in water of about 80.degree. C. for about 5 seconds. After the film is shrunk by about 5% by treatment in water of about 75.degree. C. for about 10 seconds, the probability of the elongation at rupture of the film in the direction perpendicular to the main shrinking direction being about 20% or less, is about 10% or less. The ratio of .tau..sub.1 /.tau..sub.2 is about 0.05 to about 0.45, where .tau..sub.2 is the stress of shrinkage in a main shrinking direction of the film at about 90.degree. C., and .tau..sub.1 is the stress of shrinkage in a direction perpendicular to the main shrinking direction of the film at about 90.degree. C. The sealing strength of the film is about 1.2 kg/15 mm of width or more.

    摘要: To provide a heat shrinkable film that, when used as a label of beverage container, enhances the smoothness of external surface side to thereby prevent merchandise jamming in an automatic vending machine of beverage and that is fully satisfactory in solvent bonding capability and excels in processability. There is provided a heat shrinkable polyester film characterized in that (A) at least one major surface thereof is overlaid with 0.002 to 0.5 g/m2, in terms of solid content coating amount of a silicone containing easily slipping layer, (B) a friction coefficient between one and the same easily-slipping layer satisfies a relationship of μd≦0.27, and that (C) the heat shrinkable polyester film exhibits a heat shrinkage percentage of not less than 50% in a maximum shrinkage direction, after immersion in hot water at 95° C. for 10 seconds. Thus, there is provided the heat shrinkable film that when used as a label of beverage container, enhances the smoothness of external surface side to thereby prevent merchandise jamming in an automatic vending machine of beverage and that is fully satisfactory in solvent bonding capability and excels in processability.

The present invention also relates to a heat shrinkable polyester tube obtained from the heat shrinkable polyester film, a production method thereof, a label using this tube and a container wearing this label. The heat shrinkable polyester film of the present invention has suitable heat shrinkable properties, superior printing property and adhesion property with a solvent. When it is used for packaging (e.g., covering, bundling and the like), the film shows superior appearance and good mountability. Moreover, the heat shrinkable polyester film of the present invention has a small apparent specific gravity and is easily collected separately from a bottle when it is used as a label of a bottle (such as PET bottle).
