摘要： An information distribution device selection system capable of selecting one information distribution device that is logically closest from the user communication terminal among a plurality of information distribution devices on inter-connected communication networks is disclosed. The system is formed by: a plurality of information distribution service communication networks having an identical communication network identifier, each of which also has an individual communication network identifier for identifying each information distribution service communication network on the inter-connected communication networks; a plurality of communication network exchange devices respectively provided in the information distribution service communication networks, each of which has a routing control function; and a plurality of information distribution devices respectively provided in the information distribution service communication networks and having an identical communication terminal identifier, each of which also has an individual communication terminal identifier for identifying each information distribution device on the inter-connected communication networks.

A common clear signal is supplied to a control electrode of a third transistor of each basic circuit, a first clock is supplied to a control electrode of a first transistor of each of the first and third basic circuits, a second clock different in phase from the first clock is supplied to a control electrode of a first transistor of the second basic circuit, outputs of the first and second basic circuit are respectively supplied to control electrodes of second transistors of the second and third basic circuits, and an inversion output of the third basic circuit is supplied to a control electrode of a fourth transistor of the first basic circuit.

摘要： A display device with a touch pad function is provided which reduces the elements required to form a photo sensor while still accurately detecting input coordinate positions. The display device includes a display part on which a plurality of pixels are arranged in a matrix array, a plurality of photo detection circuits which are arranged in a matrix array in the inside of the display part, wherein each photo detection circuit of the plurality of photo detection circuits includes: a photo sensor which converts an incident light into a optical current corresponding to intensity of the incident light, an integral capacitance which integrates the optical current converted by the photo sensor, and a comparator to which a voltage of the integral capacitance is inputted, and the comparator includes a transistor of an open drain output type with a grounded source.

摘要： The present invention provides a display device that has a driving circuit including a single channel bidirectional shift register with which the circuit scale can be reduced without increasing the number of elements.The driving circuit includes a single channel bidirectional shift register. This single channel bidirectional shift register has an RS flip-flop circuit. The RS flip-flop circuit includes a first transistor having a first electrode connected to an output terminal and having a second electrode to which a second scanning direction control signal is applied and a second transistor having a first electrode connected to an output terminal and having a second electrode to which a first scanning direction control signal is applied. In this circuit configuration, a resetting signal is applied to a control electrode of the first transistor in a first scanning direction, a setting signal is applied to the control electrode of the first transistor in a second scanning direction which is a direction opposite to the first scanning direction. The setting signal is also applied to a control electrode of the second transistor in the first scanning direction, and the resetting signal is also applied to the control electrode of the second transistor in the second scanning direction.

摘要： The manufacturing yield of transflective liquid crystal display devices is to be enhanced. In a transflective liquid crystal display device including a liquid crystal display panel having a pair of substrates and a liquid crystal layer held between the pair of substrates, the liquid crystal display panel has a plurality of subpixels each having a transmissive part and a reflective part, wherein one of the pair of substrates has: an active element; a first insulating film disposed in a higher layer than the electrode of the active element and having a first contact hole; a counter electrode disposed in a higher layer than the first insulating film; a reflective electrode disposed in the reflective part in a higher layer than the counter electrode; a second insulating film disposed in a higher layer than the counter electrode and the reflective electrode and having a second contact hole; a pixel electrode disposed in a higher layer than the second insulating film; and an electroconductor formed in the first contact hole and electrically connected to the electrode of the active element, and the pixel electrode is electrically connected to the electroconductor via the second contact hole.
