摘要: A method of producing an electrode includes the steps of filling an active material in an electrode substrate made of woven or non-woven fabric having its fiber surface coated with metal, and pressing the electrode substrate to obtain an electrode, wherein the pressing is performed using the electrode substrate having a thickness of less than 2.0 t when the thickness of the electrode after the pressing is t. This ensues that the electrode substrate has a thickness allowing the active material of a sufficient amount to be filled therein, and a battery electrode in which the filled active material is unlikely to peel off from the electrode substrate can be produced. Accordingly, a battery electrode having a desired thickness and desired capacity and that can suppress degradation in battery performance due to repeated charge and discharge, and its producing method are provided.

摘要: Identification information of a user who performs search is shared between an information processing apparatus and a device. When search from the user having the identification information is accepted, the device responds. At this time, when the condition for sending back a response can be set from both the information processing apparatus and device and is satisfied, the device transmits device information to the information processing apparatus.

摘要: A coated metal sheet has undercoat and topcoat paint films formed on the metal substrate. The undercoat film is composed of polyester paint, which is preferably prepared by adding methylated or butylated melamine resin as a curing agent to hydroxyl group-containing macromolecular polyester resin having a glass-transition temperature of 10.degree. C. or higher. The topcoat film is composed of the polyester paint which is preferably prepared by adding an isocyanate curing agent in an amount of 10 wt. % or more to hydrocyl group-containing macromolecular polyester resin. The substrate metal may be a chemically converted steel sheet, galvarnized steel sheet, stainless steel sheet or aluminum sheet. Since the coated steel sheet is bonded with excellent shear strength and durability, it is useful as the casing of electric home appliance or business machine, or a structural member or part for building or furniture.

摘要: A DC type gas-discharge display panel comprises a plurality of discharge cells; discharge current limiting means provided for each of the discharge cells, for limiting a discharge current of each of said discharge cells; and a filling gas filled into each of said discharge cells, and having an inert gas mixture. A partial pressure ratio of said inert gas mixture to total pressure of said filling gas is at least 0.95. The above-described inert gas mixture is selected from the group consisting of (1) a first gas mixture consisting of a He gas and a Xe gas, (2) a second gas mixture consisting of a He gas, a Xe gas, and a Kr gas, (3) a third gas mixture consisting of a Ne gas and a Xe gas, and (4) a fourth gas mixture consisting of a Ne gas, a Xe gas and a Kr gas. Assuming now that the total pressure of said filling gas is "p" Torr, a partial pressure ratio of said Xe gas to the total pressure of said filling gas is "x", and also partial pressure ratio of said Kr gas to the total pressure of said filling gas is "k", when said inert gas mixture corresponds to said first gas mixture, a condition of 0.01.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.5, a condition of p.ltoreq.600, and another condition of xp.sup.5 .gtoreq.1.4.multidot.10.sup.11 are satisfied; when said inert gas mixture corresponds to said second gas mixture, a condition of 0.01.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.5, a condition of 0
