摘要： This invention provides an isolated nucleic acid which comprises a nucleotide segment having a sequence encoding a viral envelope protein comprising a viral surface protein and a corresponding viral transmembrane protein wherein the viral envelope protein contains one or more mutations in amino acid sequence that enhance the stability of the complex formed between the viral surface protein and transmembrane protein. This invention also provides a viral envelope protein comprising a viral surface protein and a corresponding viral transmembrane protein wherein the viral envelope protein contains one or more mutations in amino acid sequence that enhance the stability of the complex formed between the viral surface protein and transmembrane protein. This invention further provides methods of treating HIV-1 infection.

摘要： A process and composition for forming a non-Newtonian oil composition in the form of a grease comprising an overbased calcium salicylate and solid particles of colloidally dispersed calcium carbonate in the form of calcite is disclosed wherein the process comprises the steps of heating overbased calcium salicylate, amorphous calcium carbonate, and a converting agent comprising a fatty acid of twelve to twenty-four carbon atoms in an oleaginous medium, and then adding sufficient water, alcohol, and carbon dioxide to the mixture to complete the conversion of the amorphous calcium carbonate to calcite.

A radiant heater is coupled to the canopy and is operable to direct radiant heat toward the patient-support portion. A control system controls the operation of the convective heating system and the radiant heater.

摘要： A door closure mechanism for use upon a door of a cabinet includes a housing formed from two co-mating first and second members, a drive cam rotatably mounted within the housing, a cam follower mounted within the housing for reciprocating movement relative to the drive cam, and a coil spring mounted within the housing for resiliently biasing the cam follower in a reciprocal manner against the drive cam. The drive cam is formed with cam surfaces which radially engage the cam follower so as to control the relative reciprocal movement of the cam follower with respect to the drive cam. As a safety feature, ther is provided a set of spring pre-load clips which engage the ends of the coil spring so as to prevent full decompression of the coil spring in the event of a housing failure.
