摘要： The present invention relates to a method and system for actively publishing a message in an IM group using a chat robot. The method includes: a client adding a chat robot in an IM group satisfying a configured condition; the chat robot automatically obtaining a message and publishing the message in the IM group. In the present invention, a chat robot is added in an IM group, and a function of timed publishing messages by the chat robot is added to increase the message quantity and topics of the IM group, thus not only messages can be sent to users in time, but also IM group activity may be enhanced, which enables users to accept and love the IM group gradually.

摘要： A method and apparatus for extending a page tag and a computer storage medium are provided to implement interaction between a page tag and an operating system function, and improve user experiences. The method includes: parsing a page; determining whether the page comprises an identifiable comment tag; parsing the identifiable comment tag and obtaining an application function of a page tag defined by the identifiable comment tag, when the page comprises the identifiable comment tag; executing the application function of the page tag; and displaying a result of executing the application function of the page tag on the page. The examples are mainly used in a procedure of extending the page tag.

The first and second state of charge estimations are in accordance with time and temperature constraints and are such that the estimated battery capacity has limited uncertainty. The controller is further configured to generate an output based on the estimated battery capacity.

摘要： A method for determining a power capability for a battery includes the step of defining at least one equation based on a circuit model for the behavior of the battery. The equation includes a plurality of battery parameters, including a battery current. The value of at least one of the battery parameters is measured, and the battery current is solved-for from the at least one equation. A limiting battery current is defined based at least in part on the battery current. A limiting battery voltage is determined, and the power capability of the battery is determined based on the limiting battery current and the limiting battery voltage.

In a preferred embodiment, the present invention relates to increasing activity of a GPAT acyltransferase for altering lipid on the plant surface, for increasing surface lipids, for enhancing environmental stress tolerance, increasing resistance to biotic stress, and providing novel plant lipids for commercial products. In further embodiments, the present invention relates to using an Arabidopsis thaliana GPAT acyltransferase for altering lipid compounds on the surface of a plant.

Fuel vapor purging is carried out during lean operating conditions to minimize impact on vehicle emissions, while adaptive learning is carried out during near stoichiometric conditions (oscillations around stoichiometry). This allows faster fuel vapor purging and additional adaptive learning opportunity.
