    摘要: A hinge for a foldable rail section for mounting a container of an oxygen supply unit in an aircraft, with a first hinge part on the rail section and a second hinge part on the edge of the container, and with a container door, which extends in parallel to the longitudinal side of the rail section and is pivotable around a joint on the rear edge of the container. The connection of the hinge to the container is simplified, and a stop is provided for the container door. The first hinge part is formed as of a bead (11), which is made in one piece with sections of the longitudinal side of the rail section (9), wherein slots (12) are present in the sections of the bead (11) not made in one piece with the rail section, and the second hinge part is formed as tongues (13) made in one piece with the rear container edge (4) corresponding to the outer shape of the bead (11), and the said tongues extend into the slots (12), and the tongues (13) are raised at the tongue end (15) such that the tongue ends (15) form a stop limiting the pivoting stroke of the container door.

The end (13) of the plunger pointing toward the container (3) is provided with a holding structure (14) which is introduced into a mounting support (16) arranged permanently on the container (3) such that the holding structure (14) is out of engagement with the mounting support (16) in normal operation, and in testing operation. The holding structure engages the mounting support (16) in such a way as to limit the pivoting stroke of the door (2).

The required concentration of enrichment is adjusted speedily and without loss to the changing amount which is used, and as high a concentration of enrichment as possible at an adjustable and low throughput of the concentrator is achieved by use of a partial flow of the supply gas through a throughput-adjustable bypass line. The bypass line bypasses the product gas line and at least one concentrator.

    摘要: A modular oxygen supply system is provided comprising at least one module skeleton with a baseplate with frames arranged in parallel to one another. The system includes supply lines for ambient air with air connections for taking off the air, first gas lines for oxygen with first gas connections for taking up the oxygen and second gas lines for outgoing air with second gas connections for taking up outgoing air. Rack guides with data lines are provided. At least one individual module can be pushed into the module skeleton. Each individual module has at least one molecular sieve container fastened on a baseplate with the gas connections and with an electric contact. Each individual module has a gas treatment unit for the ambient air fed in. A pressure reducer and a multiple-way valve as well as an oxygen reservoir are arranged downstream of the molecular sieve container or containers connected in parallel. Each individual module is pushed into the module skeleton and is connected via the gas connections to a supply line for the ambient air, to a first gas line for oxygen and to a second gas line for the outgoing air. The electric contact of the individual module is connected to the data line of the module skeleton.
