摘要: An indication display unit for vehicles according to the present invention includes a reflecting member having a reflecting surface directed to a driver's seat, and an indicating device having an indicating surface directed to the reflecting surface of the reflecting member. Information concerning driving operation of the vehicle indicated on the indicating surface is projected directly or indirectly through a reflecting mirror to the reflecting member so as to be visually observed by the driver by way of the reflection thereon. The invention also includes a drive mechanism for shifting the position of the reflecting member in upward or downward to adjust the height thereof and a solenoid for pivotally shifting the reflecting mirror, when it is used, in response to the movement of the reflecting member for reflecting the information in the most effective angle toward the driver in accordance with the vehicle speed. The present invention provides an effect of indirect visual observation of the image indicated by the indicator always in a preferable state.

摘要: A high-performance fuel cell separator ensuring lightweight and compact fabrication necessary to enhance output density and enabling stacking without use of a gas seal member, and a production method thereof, are provided.By a processing method of forming a thermoplastic resin composition highly filled with a carbonaceous material into a thin sheet form, heating the sheet to a melted state, and cold-shaping the melt at a high speed, a thin separator having a corrugated flow path can be molded at a high speed, and a lightweight, compact and high-performance separator for a fuel cell can be provided. Also, by forming the sheet in a multilayer structure and heat-welding it, the contact resistance with the gas diffusing electrode can be reduced, and a compact integrated fuel cell separator requiring no gasket can be provided.

摘要: A substrate processing apparatus and method which can prevent accidents in advance so as to ensure safety against interruption of operations of the apparatus and leakage of processing substances. In a substrate processing method in which wafers W are processed are processed by feeding an ozone gas 5 to the wafers W loaded in a processing vessel 2 while an interior atmosphere in the processing vessel is being exhausted to be passed through an ozone killer 10, the ozone gas 5 is fed under the conditions that the processing vessel 2 is tightly closed, and the ozone killer in its normal state. When the processing is interrupted, an interior atmosphere in the processing vessel 2 is forcedly exhausted. When the gas leaks, the interior atmosphere and a peripheral atmosphere of the processing vessel 2 are forcedly exhausted while the feed of the ozone gas 5 is paused. The processing gas is fed under a condition that the processing vessel is tightly closed, and the post-treatment of the exhausted interior atmosphere is normally carried out.
